Zufrieden
Freundliches Personal, gute Einweisung.

It would be even better if levelling ramps was in the vehicle when rented and not an add-on. We would recommend to rent them.
If you plan to go to Rocky Mountains go for the platinum plus package so you do not have to worry about generator use. The fridge runs only on electricity so when on a no service campground like most of Parks Canadas the generator is very much needed.
The Canadream itself was nice, clean and easy to drive. Be aware that the 29ft vehicle only runs 3-4 km per liter gasoline.

Svar från CanaDream RV - Calgary
We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and are glad to hear about your positive experience with our team and the vehicle's cleanliness and ease of driving. Your suggestions regarding leveling ramps and the platinum plus package for generator use in the Rocky Mountains are incredibly helpful for future renters. We value your insights as we continuously strive to improve our services.

Overall great experience with some issues along the way
We rented the Midi motorhome for a 14-day Rockies road trip, and it was a fantastic size for our adventure. Unfortunately, our trip started with 48 hours of torrential rain, and the window seals leaked heavily at our bed, completely soaking the mattress and forcing us to sleep in the overhead area for the first two nights.
Canadream directed us to a local glass repair shop in Canmore to patch the missing window foam. While this helped, it still dripped slightly and was never fully fixed, and a vehicle change should have been offered given the circumstances. We were also frustrated by annoying driving clicks from the seating area and a rattling insect screen door that needed a paper towel wedge.
At the end of the trip, I requested a $300 refund for those first two nights—which was equal to our extra mileage charge, so they could have easily waived it—but Canadream only offered $150 off. Overall, it would have been a 10/10 experience had the leak not happened.

Svar från CanaDream RV - Calgary
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad the Midi was a great fit for your Rockies adventure, but we understand how disruptive the leaking window, soaked mattress, and unresolved rattling issues were, particularly during the first two nights. Your comments regarding the repair response, vehicle replacement options, and compensation offered have been shared with our team for review.

F-350 power in the mountains …
Our truck and camper combo was fantastic. The brand new truck delivered power and comfort while driving. Our camper was clean and perfectly appointed. Your rebooking info was so complete that I knew exactly what to bring. I had a coffee maker (French press) in my luggage and everything else was there. I would recommend giving everyone levelling blocks rather than making them optional. They’re essential to a good trip. Without them, sleeping and cooking on an angle is horrible. Any new people might not know how important they are.

Svar från CanaDream RV - Calgary
We're thrilled to hear that your truck and camper combo was fantastic and that you found our rebooking information so complete! We truly appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the leveling blocks. We understand how essential they are for a comfortable trip and will definitely consider your suggestion.

Vehicle was well presented…
Vehicle was well presented by friendly staff, the process of both pickup and drop off was as smooth as you could have wished for.Just a couple of negatives in that you only get the bare minimum of kitchen equipment I.e. for 2 people in an RV for 6 just 2 knives, forks and spoons which would mean constantly washing up if using any of these in preparation of the meal, also the person showing us gave us an incorrrct length for the RV when asked, although she supposedly checked with the office!
Not helpful when needing to know the size when booking campsites!
19 juli 2026
Svar från CanaDream RV - Calgary
We're glad to hear that our staff were friendly and that the pickup and drop-off processes were smooth. We sincerely apologize for the limited kitchen equipment and the incorrect RV length information provided. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when planning for campsites. We are reviewing our inventory and training procedures to prevent similar issues. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to improve our services.
