Camera Exchange Store Omdömen

very quick, very good service, would have no hesitation in using them again

Was a little hesitant using the website to send my camera but given the previous comments I gave it a go ... And so glad I did!!

Great communication, quick processing and a good price offered for my old camera.

Would definitely use again and have no hesitation recommending to others.

From getting a price for the camera and components to receiving the money in my account, it has been a straightforward, painless process. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Camera Exchange Store to anyone

I found this service easy to use. The company got back to me straight away with a question I had. Payment was what I had been quoted and came through quickly.

The process is very simple and Alex was extremely helpful and reassuring when I was considering selling the cameras to them. The prices are in my opinion much better than what you might obtain through ebay ( after you have paid all the fees ) and in my case I had the money in my account with 3 days of sending the items. I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I was wanting to replace my DLSR with a more compact camera but one that recorded video. No retailer came up with a reasonable trade in amount and via Google I found the Camera Exchange. The price for my old camera kit was acceptable and the process of sending the camera was simple and the money was in my bank account within a couple of days I am more than happy with the outcome.
Many thanks,

Really good service. Very prompt response time and fair prices given for goods. would use again - and recommend to friends and family.

The website for a estimate of my trade in price was easy to use and accurate. an email was sent immediately my camera arrived and the settlement cheque was received within the week. Very reliable I have already recommended the site to others.

When moving house I came across some camera equipment that I no longer used. Having searched the Internet for options to sell surplus equipment I came across Camera Exchange. The site was useful and it was easy to clarify some additional points about a lens through exchange of e-mails. The service was very straightforward with no unexpected surprises. The money was paid very promptly. I would definitely recommend Camera Exchange.

Within 5 days from the camera being sent, the money for it was in my bank account

Initially I exchanged two cameras for one with a cash difference, the process was so easy that I also then decided to exchange a lens for another lens from CES to pair with the Camera I had just acquired from them. Honestly, i had my qualms about sending my cameras off after I received the valuation, because you just don't know you hear so many horror stories about this type of exchange, but I really needn't have worried because the whole process was so painless and quick and i would definitely recommend them, in fact the gentleman that I dealt with through emails was named Alex and he is even keeping an eye out for a particular item that i'm after, use them you won't regret it. You cannot ask more from a company than they do what they say, they do it quickly and efficiently, no strings, no small print, no ifs no buts.
There was a time when the world was like that but now such companies are very rare. Long may they last and prosper.

Service was quick and arranging the exchange was easy. Updates and communication was timely and prices were competative- I have no complaints whatsoever. I'd happily use this company again.

Easy quick transaction thank you

Natural caution made me nervous about using this service; but everything went according to plan and my transaction was completed within 5 working days, though the cheque took a few days longer to arrive, Moreover, I posted my camera using recorded delivery and even the cost of this was refunded.

Overall, an excellent service, which I should no hesitation in using again.

Very quick excellent price offered fast payment

Easy to find website prompt service was very impressed and would recommend

The purchase of my kit was fast and the money into my bank the same day.

What a pleasure to do business with this company everything went smoothly from pick up of camera & lens to payment into my bank account would certainly recommend them to anybody needing to sell there camera equipment.

What a pleasure to do business with people who do what they said they would do - all too rare these days. Posted camera to them on Friday, weekend in between, cash in my account on Tuesday morning, wonderful.
