Delivered quickly,
So far it does everything that I expect.
Very nice screen, viewable in bright sunlight.
Appears well made and robust.
The screws which attach the handle are a little short, they work but another turn of thread engagement would inspire more confidence.
All in all, very satisfactory.

Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt. Phone seems fine so far. Need some time to get used to it and get everything set up as I like it. So far battery life seems very good.

I don't even want to describe the issue cause I would need two days spend here on writing . Never ever again to deal with this company at all . People if you respect your money buy stuff on Amazon or checked websites . That's honest recommendations for everyone.

This has got to be the worst phone I've ever brought keeps signing me out of my apps can't get a signal at all when I'm at work even tho I've got full bars my very first phone which is 15 yrs old works better then this peace of tat wouldn't recommend at all

I chose the phone because the features fit with my needs. I chose the company because they manufacture the phone so who knows it better?
The UK store had the best deal around at the time of purchase.
I always look at the manufacturer when buying a new phone.
Oukitel didn't disappoint me at all in the whole process. Packaged and delivered in super quick time. That is so satisfying.

Excellent service

Phone delivered promptly. Wanted a robust phone with long battery life for expeds over several days. So far looks like it will meet my requirements easily.

Having owned an Oukitel WP12 Pro and found it to be a great phone over the past four years, I thought it was about time I upgraded to a newer one. The WP62 looked to be the one for me, and if it lasts as long as my old one, which is still working fine, by the way. I will have made a great choice again. The price factor is also the other reason I bought Oukitel again.

The phone is not working properly. When I phone the conversation is cut and delayed. I hear like a robot. It's not the connection because I tried with another phone and it's working perfectly.

I used to have rugged phone Blackview and I was happy with it but oukitel is even better bigger battery, great apps, camping light and decent speaker 11out of 10. Heavy, solid phone for any weather, not like other famous brands but worthy

Bought the oukitel c61, at first I thought for the price it was ok but not everything it was cracked up to be, 3 days later I let the phone run out of power and it hasn't turned back on since, I have been in contact with oukitel via email for 16 days and the most they have said is either bring it to a shop to be repaired (a brand new phone btw), or wait for the seller to contact me directly, 16 days of back and forth and that's what I get so it turns out their customer service is just as bad as their product avoid at all costs.

I bought an Oukitel C36 phone (after reading mostly good reviews on Amazon) I had several issues with it and returned it (thanks to Amazon's great return policy) I also submitted my own review with 2 stars on Amazon. Within a couple of days I got an email from a wonderful person at Oukitel who was sincerely (I believe) concerned about my experience. This person offered compensation (and asked me to either delete or change my review to 5 stars) which I refused because that kinda defeats the whole purpose of reviews. Next time I think I'll be checking TrustPilot's reviews (I see they specifically state that this sort of thing is forbidden)

Cancelled order outright when stock depleted without discussing first. Website showed items were in-stock at point of order.
