Camera Exchange Store Omdömen

Absolutely superb service in the Hereford branch today from Jack. After some binoculars but also received some excellent advice about a lens for my Canon DSLR. Ended up buying the lens later from their online store.

Very pleasant people, prices offered for cameras etc were very reasonable immediate payment cant recommend them highly enough

Second time of dealing with this company both times a positive experience, sold them a camera , posted Tuesday, arrived with them Friday, received payment by Saturday one niggle , their free post service means you don’t get a tracking number , bit dicey if it’s a high value item , worth checking before posting this way

Excellent service! Best price offered compared to others and the entire process was flawless. Camera was collected as arranged and payment made within 48 hours. Would highly recommend

Good and fast response to my enquiry about a video camera together with a still camera with lenses. Price offered was great compared with others and an excellent collection service where I was able to choose the day of collection from my home. After receipt of items fast payment was made

I've been looking into replacing all my camera gear for a long time now and more than anything am just pleased that there is someone out there doing what you're doing on a more 'personal' level than some of the other larger outfits that do the same thing with iPhones and tablets. It's pretty refreshing!

Honestly wouldn't hesitate to recommend using the Camera Exchange store to get something back for all your used kit, fast.

Really fast service, picked up, confirmed delivery and paid without an issue. Would highly recommend.

Sold LUMIX Camera here for best value. Payment was prompt too.

I think I got quoted a very fair price for the camera I sent and I got my money a few days after I sent it with no trouble at all. Definitely use this!!

Excellent service, sent in my Fujifilm camera and received the full amount quoted in my bank account within days. Highly recommend.

Posted Camera and iPad on Friday.
Money (full quoted price) in my account by the following Thursday.
Can't really ask for more!

Would highly recommend Camera exchange Store, quick response and offered and paid me a good price for my camera and accessories, not like some other places that wanted to offer me a lot less. So if you have any photographic equipment to sell this is the place to do it and free postage and collections as well

Had no trouble communicating my concerns!

Not often i give 5 stars, but they deserve it. Better price offered than all the others i tried, great communication throughout, fast payment, couldn't fault them in any way!

Excellent and very fast service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - fast and fair. I included a few small accessories which I didn't have a quote for and they paid for them anyway. Highly recommended.

had a really good experience with them on a recent order - Nikon Z6 bundle on a very good offer, received quickly, a refund for a strap quickly processed, good customer service. On my list for future shopping!

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to navigate website, good prices offered, free delivery label provided and money in my bank the same day the goods were received by Camera Exchange Store.

I was a bit sceptical at first but the reviews were mostly positive so I thought I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did. Recommeded company.

Good experience selling my camera, was the best price by far between this company and its competitors. No change on the price they offered when the camera was sent to them and payment was fast too.

Easy to use website, fair prices and prompt payment. Would recommend
