Camera Exchange Store Omdömen

Easy to follow process and everything went to plan and on time.....

I sold my Canon EOS 60D and two lenses which was obviously something I was a little concerned about doing over the internet. I checked Trustpilot first and the reviews showed that it was a trustworthy company so I went ahead with the sale after getting a decent price for my gear.
Within 48 hours of sending the camera off I had the money in my bank account. I couldn't recommend CES any more highly, a company I will no doubt use again in the future.

I was worried that my assessment of the camera condition was unrealistic, but Camera Exchange Store were great. I also had an issue with shipping labels and the customer services team got back to me straight away to sort it out. Great service, quick payment, highly recommend.

Excellent Website with simple to follow directions with an instant result of your product's worth. Plus a quick financial return straight to your bank.

Selling my cameras through Camera Exchange Store was very quick- once they had been picked up the money was through in 2 working days. Would use again

Very quick fast and efficient service would highly recommend them.

Great service. Courier collected camera the following day and money paid into account 4/5 days later. Would recommend.

I must admit to trepidation in sending my camera, but I received excellent service with prompt payment.

Transferred my money really quickly. The price was OK (about the same I was offered in the local camera store as a part-exchange, a bit less than available on eBay). Good service.

As other had mentioned I was a little hesitant to send off my camera, but I did and within a day or so of the camera arriving it was tested and money paid straight into my bank account.
I'd definitely recommend as they offered more for the camera than anywhere else and I only wished they took camcorders, a camcorder I sent off to another company the same day as sending my camera here is still waiting to get tested.

I can't have been the only customer to be a bit worried upon packing up my old dslr to send through to them, but they kept me as informed as possible about progress, and the whole transaction from first contact to payment took about three days.

Very good. I posted my camera and got my payment very fast. Very happy with this service

Very easy and straight forward and uncomplicated way to sell camera
Payment arrived within 3 days!

Very good service and a fair price. Got a quote on a Thursday night, posted on Friday and was paid on Monday! Very good service, easy to do. Would highly recommend!

After careful consideration, I chose to sell my cemera and lens to the company. It did offer me the best price and super fast payment. All the process done within 3 working days! Thank you very much!

Thank you to the staff at CameraExchangestore.
Quick online price quote.
Hassle free postage and fast payment.
The whole process took less than a week.
5*

Camera Exchange Store provided an excellent service from start to finish. They offered the best price I could find online, and the whole process of selling my old Canon camera was very straightforward and quick. The money was paid direct into my bank account, as requested, very promptly indeed. I recommend CES to anyone, and everyone!

5 days from collection to payment. No hassle, no delay. Quick and courteous attention. Recommended.

I was very wary about using this company as it seemed too good to be true but after several days searching the internet I couldn't find any reason not to take the plunge.
What a great decision!
I was offered a far better price than several camera shops for a part exchange and free courier collection. My gear was collected Wednesday and the money was already in my bank by Friday lunchtime.
Thanks for an excellent all round experience.
