Great product but website says next day delivery, but when I tried it only allowed a whole week away! Then it came a day after that too.

The card arrived the day after my friends birthday and she was not in the office so it turned out to be quite pointless. The cake looks delicious though.

I think this is a fabulous idea and have been doing it for months and have never had a bad experience once. Keep up the good work as you have a customer for life in me.

A brilliant idea, well executed. Arrived on the date specified, with no problems what so ever. Cake was fresh and very tasty. Will reccommend to all friends and family. Brilliant Thankyou

I have sent many, many cake cards for different reasons to different people. Everyone who has received it has been delighted with the quality of the cake and the novelty of the card. A particular favourite has been the carrot cake and the lemon cake. They make lovely presents at reasonable price. My only gripe... More flavours for the cake cards please!

This isn't the first time I have ordered a cake card. As always it was so easy to do. Picked my card, from an extensive choice and then picked two of the scrummy cakes. My favourite is the gluten free apple crumble 😋
They cards have always been received with a great response so I will be ordering again 😊

These cards are a fantastic idea. Great choice of cake flavours including a range for those who are gluten intolerant. Wide range of cards available or you can design your own. Both are so easy to do. Ordering is so simple and straightforward. Best of all the cakes are delicious. Sent a cake card to my son who was away at university and couldn’t get home for his birthday. It was a little taste of home away from home. Also sent a card to my mum on mother’s day. She loved it. Liked the idea of being able to add tea or coffee bags with the cake. Will definitely be using this service again.

As I have not been well and my brother birthday was coming up and their was no way I was going to get out to post a card , I though of the cake cards I had look at . it was very easy to do , I found a card after a long look I could not decide , than I wrote a massage, decided what cake I want in the card. Than it was the date I would like it to be their by it got their on that date , than I paid for it . it was a very good experience and the card was liked by the recipient. Will be doing more cake cards they are great .

I have sent several cake cards as an alternative to a regular shop bought celebration card, thank you cards. On every occasion everyone that has received one have been delighted. The cake quality is excellent lots of various flavours and toppings. I have also joined the Sponge Club which is well worth it as lots of special offers and free postage. Several of my friends whom have received the cakes have gone on to send to their friends.

I love their cakes and would always recommend to others but the delivery on the last 2 cake cards I ordered were disappointing. One did not arrive at all ( although replacement was dealt with very professionally) and the other latest order arrived the day after expected. I do realise that this is a Royal Mail handling issue but perhaps needs to be addressed.
All the cakes delivered by courier have been excellently handled.

Really, really pleased with this order - So easy to order - recipient said generous slices and lovely tasting cake. Definitely going to be my go-to as a nice surprise for friends in the future.

I sent 5 of these for Easter and all were positively received! A great idea for a treat through the letterbox so no worrying about the recipient being in. Cake is really tasty too having tried the baby sponges and a larger sponge too. Love them 🍰
