I love my overland BUT….. I’ve had it less than a week and only been out with it twice and it makes the most awful, totally unacceptable noises even on just tarmac pavements so i can only imagine what it would sound like off road. I sent 3 videos to mobility assist who then sent them to byACRE to assess the problem. I wasn’t too impressed to be told by m/a that byACRE say the noise it makes is within the normal tolerance range. I don’t feel that spending £550 on a rollator and having this sort of noise is acceptable. Mobility assist have said if I’m not happy with it that they will pick it up and do some sort of repair on it and then return it to me. This can’t happen until the 21st October. I’m not happy that I will be without my rolator . I have multiple sclerosis and need my rolator as the old one I was using was too heavy so we scrapped it when I got my new one. I have multiple sclerosis and I really need my rollator. I had asked m/a if they could exchange my rollator but they said that they couldn’t guarantee that the new one wouldn’t make the same noise. I guess I’ll just have to hope the repair works. I am disappointed that it’s got to go back, it’s a shame that they couldn’t do the repair on a new rolator which by the video on byacre website is changing the front forks and send me that one and collect my rolator then I’d not be without one.

I like the design and take a hike in grass and sand. But mij god the seat is really terrible. To small and just a piece of material that does not look really strong. For that price you could give it a few centimeters more. Or give your customers a choice in sizes. I bought this one for longer walks and the seat for a small rest but I am afraid that will not be very comfortable. I will keep it because the rest is ok but still disappointed. Somehowe so difficult to find a rollator that fits my behind, is light weight and goes in sand and grass. I am a designer myself and always complete surprised about stupid designs for handicapt people.

My wife has used the ultralight rollator for a few years and it very pleased with it. We were surprised and disappointed with the accessories from the start. ( An early effort to communicate with you was ignored so we've learned to live with those deficiencies.) Specifically, the bag falls off the pins very easily; the cane holder will not stay attached and, most annoying, the backrest falls off easily and whenever the rollator is collapsed the slightest bit.
The rollator is so good but the accessories are not well engineered/thought out.

Achat en juillet 2024 chez un distributeur. Modèle ultra léger, très pratique mais attention cependant dans votre choix par rapport à votre poids et votre handicap !
Le rollator carbon 8 mois après, plusieurs fois de suite les écrous se sont littéralement dévissés malgré un resserrage, certains perdus. Cette dernière fois, la marque a été très réactive et a renvoyé un kit complet (ce qui n'aurait pas dû arriver si un système anti-retour des écrous était mis en place) Quand celui se disloque en 2 en cours de route...
Le sac de voyage (70 € quand même) 1 petite semaine après, couture défectueuse bien que celui ne servait qu'au transport : 1 bte 50cl - 1 petite serviette microfibre - 1 crème hydratante + les papiers. L'absence d'une lanière assortie pour le transporter hors utilisation déambulateur. (chose rectifiée en 2025 et vendu sur le site)
Résultat de mon achat à part ces différents soucis : très satisfaisant, un peu onéreux mais au top car léger, facilité de manipulation, de rangement même d'une main ! Câbles de freins invisibles étant insérés dans le cadre. Cela évite d'accrocher dans les rayons magasins ou autres. Pratique les 2 modes de frein. Avec un plus, le style, pas l'impression d'avoir un char d'assaut, peut correspondre à tous les âges. Si celui-ci résiste au moins 3 ans je pourrais dire un très bon investissement.

Shipping timely , the design of the day pack bag is just what i needed not to big or small just right. I needed more room than the bag that came with it and this day bag is perfect! I especially like the way it hooks securely onto the supports so easily! Folds up when i close the rolator . Enough room for essentials and a lunch and water bottle etc

I received the byAcre when I was promised. It came already assembled.

Delivery was exceptionally fast; product is everything I expected and more. Lighter weight than Carbon Overland, which was noticeably heavier than my Carbon Ultralight.

I find, as do those who help me, that the lightness of the walker is its biggest asset. I am continually stopped by strangers enquiring about where I got it. I call it my Ferrari. It is also excellent for carrying groceries, parcels, etc. on the seat. It also does not take up a lot of the room in my apartment because of the ease in folding it.

The unit is light, easy to transport and has a seat

I love my ByAcre Ultralight! It helps me standup straighter & walk farther without pain. Plus I can get it in & out of the car easily. Thank you for making such a cool machine!

It works great, and is sturdy, stable, yet so lightweight. It fits in my car trunk where a standard rollator didn’t. If they weren’t so expensive, I would get another one in a different color.

I had purchased the compact Ultralight before realizing that my sitting bits are NOT compact. The return and re-order went smoothly. I have now used it for joining my family at a museum, a gallery, and the zoo. Being bright red certainly gets attention and a few compliments.

I love my Acre Walker. I’ve always been a walker using mass transit but nerves crushed by 2 slipped discs caused lower leg muscle weakness last year. My ability to walk declined weekly. I sought surgery to stop decline . Could walk with a cane but only short distances. I sought a way to walk my 6 block incline uphill to transit for friend meetups, and for groceries,dentist,doctors. Standard walker far too heavy. With this lightweight walker I’ve been able to walk uphill with ease, take longer walks in my neighborhood, walk to a big park and complete a 2-3 mile walk. And I took the walker to. my annual trips to Maui,Hawaii with my daughter…easy to pack up into a friends car, easy to walk to shady spots near ocean and sit on benches there, and even able to sit on seat for 2 hrs to enjoy a free Chinese Lunar New Year show at an outdoor mall. I decided I was worth every penny it cost me. I bought add ons; found grocery bag ideal.

It gave me extended mobility. We have a broad presence of both sand and pavers where we live and the ACRE Overland conquers them all. Changed my life! 👍🥵😀😀
