I was helping my mum buy a byacre rollator. I’m so glad I found a stockist that wasn’t just online. A real life person answered the phone super quick, no automated service. I spoke to Kim and Suzanne who were both lovely and so helpful. The product arrived the next day(albeit we had to change it as ordered wrong size, our fault, not theirs, but exchange was efficient too). My mum is so happy with it. A huge thank you to Suzanne and Kim for helping us with this. (Bit early to review the rollator yet as only received today but so far so good)

I bought my Overland from you and after realising what a game changer it was decided to buy an Ultralight as well.

It was delivered quickly but unfortunately there was a problem with setting one of the brakes I rang customer services who were amazing. They arranged for it to be collected by Roysl Mail the next morning and DPD delivered the replacement 24 hours later. No quibbles, completely straightforward.

When I rang Customer Services there was a real person to speak to. No hanging on for ages or typing endless ‘choices’. Advice was given clearly. I was able to email a photo of the faulty part (split in back rest). The replacement part was ordered that day and arrived the next! A good experience. Thank you!

I purchased the Nordic pioneer rollator from them, I rang up customer services for some help deciding which one to go for, they gave me the features in order to help me decide. I did not felt hurried or a nuisance, I made my decision late in the day on Friday and I’m absolutely delighted to to receive it in less than 24 hrs on a Saturday. I’m a young 52 year old and wanted a modern style rollator to match my personality, I’m so grateful that I could buy one from assist mobility, I’m confident that I’ll be using them again based on the customer service and excellent delivery time alone. Great experience from an initial enquiry with their customer service. I opted for a home visit of their Rollators, so I could try out various makes and models. To assist me to make the right choice and to lift in/out of my car boot. Weight was a consideration for me given my spinal injury. I purchased an ByAcre Carbon Fiber from Assist Mobility.
