Wrong charger was sent. Now they are not communicating with me to send another charger

The website was really easy to use. I love the fact that it asks for the model number of your laptop so if you accidentally pick the wrong one they can send you the correct one for your laptop.

Sent an email regarding delivery, no response. Arrived at my house to find the parcel on the pavement outside my front door, soaking wet from rain. Not particularly happy with the service but I got the product I ordered.

I ordered laptop power supply/charger just before Christmas. So due to the holiday I did expect a delay. It arrived on the 7th of January well packaged and in good condition. The website asked me to provide information about the model number for both my existing power (failed) supply and the laptop it was for. This did go along way to reassuring me, I would receive the correct one for my laptop. So far all is working well the power supply is running slightly warm to the touch. Where as the old one used to get quite hot, so this would appear to be a good thing. Very pleased with my purchase so far as more by luck than judgement it was on offer at the time. I know New Years day came between my order on monday 28th and today, january 6th, and Covid slows things down, but still haven't received the charger.

I ordered my charger on December 3rd, order acknowledged on the 8th, tracking shows it leaving China and taking ages to finall reach me on the 16th, 13 days later. So, don't expect quick results.
Charger works fine and may be unusual in having had to be delivered from factory in China.

A new original charger for my Lenovo Thinkpad P50.
I left the original at a friend's house in Cheshire. Too far to go back for, so I invested in a new one. I was originally put off due to an address in China, but it arrived as described, original and new.
I recommend this company.

FAKE & NOT UK BASED. Was emailed after complaining about the non branded "Dell original" charger I received : "After we got it, you will get a refund." Excuse me ... post it back to china at more than what the FAKE chargers cost?!! I think not. WARNING: they changed their website name from ChargerStore uk after I searched for them to ACharger uk. Nice try scammers! Watchdog needs to do something about these companies!! On A charger.co.uk they advertise: "We offer easy returns! " NOT - FAKE ADVERTISING. They send you an email with a RMA number on it. There is a reason why people choose to buy geniun products - to protect their devices from malfunctioning. FAKE products have not been tested and are not guarenteed. Since almost everything is made in china you would think you are buying a genuine branded product from a chinese supplier instead of paying big store prices, you dont expect to receive a non branded falsly advertised branded product with no guarantee and expensive return costs. They should be selling these chargers for £1 a go because that is what they are worth!

Ordered an item and was sent the wrong product. They asked me to send evidence via video, which I did but no response. Do NOT order from this website

Tired to arrange to return the product as it didn’t fit my laptop and they had sent out the incorrect charger twice. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Well almost 6 months later I’m sat with two chargers I can’t use and no money back! Do not buy from this company poor customer service.

Do not buy from this fake Chinese company. Is just a scam. Are 20 days since I have paid for a 'new and original'' battery for my Lenovo, which never arrived. I have reported the scammer to PayPal, and now I'm waiting for an answer. On their website is saying that they are using to deliver the orders DHL, EMS, UPS, RM1R, EUEXP, Royal Mail, or HK Post...and nothing about Yodel. In my case, they said that the delivery will by Yodel and they gave me a tracking number. . Total scam. I lost my money.

The charger they sent was not the right one, I ordered one for a TV and received a totally different one for as laptop. I've been trying since early june for a refund i've sent them all the photos twice and they then do not respond. The problem being they are in China so you cannot even ring them. Poor service. Avoid if you can buy in the uk.
