I thought 10 days from order to delivery when there are fuel and driver issues in this country and the item (AC/DC transformer) was coming from China was very commendable. The unit was well packaged and came by air. Delivery in GB undertaken in this country by Yodel. Excellent tracking information throughout.

My original charger failed - kept blowing a fuse - so I looked for a replacement which has now brought my old computer back into use.

Great charger - exactly what I wanted.
I stupidly left my computer charger at work. Luckily a quick search on the internet brought up this company. Within days I had an exact replacement and the world was set to right again. Great service, no fuss or problems. I would highly recommend them.

Could have done with the tracker for…
Could have done with the tracker for knowing the whereabouts of my items at the start , so that I didn't have to email you to find out where it was , as all of a sudden I got silence , so I got worried about my item , the tracker didn't make much sense . I was first thinking it was going to be delivered by Royal Mail , then I saw on the tracker that Yodal had it , to which when I looked on the tracker , they seem to have trouble finding my address on their first attempt to deliver , it's arrived now , but a lot of unnecessary problems from start to finish

I ordered the wrong charger due to a lack of details in the item description. Then I tried to send it back to them but they are not providing any instructions.

Do not use Buy A-charger!!!
Do not use Buy A-charger they were useless in a simple order for a replacement charger. They promised to check the laptop serial number to ensure we got the correct charger; they DIDN'T and sent completely the wrong charger AND it wasn't even the one we'd ordered. They promised to use real genuine parts they didn't and sent some no brand rubbish. They promised 2-4days postage by Royal Mail; they didn't, it was 6 days by Yodel. Do NOT use them. I'm now fighting to get a refund, and it's miserable because they are based in CHINA!!! :-(

Correct charger supplied
Correct charger supplied, when used didn't get that hot ( about same as the one supplied with the laptop ) 5 days from placing order to delivery. Only problem was that I couldn't get any tracking info, contacted them by email on the 5th day, got a speedy reply to say that they would look into it, found it on the doormat a couple of hours later so there was no need to panic that the order had failed.

Honestly i am very disappointed that i have not received my charger yet, considering the fact i ordered it over a week ago. I am now forced to borrow a laptop from a friend in order to attend my work meetings online. I am massively angered and will take legal action if not delivered by early next week.
