No problems at all despite ordering…
No problems at all despite ordering just before Christmas. Delivery of product from China to the UK was quick; it arrived within about a week of ordering, despite it being holiday season. There was good information about the progress of the order at every stage.

OEM Acer Iconia A3-A20 Charger
My order was an OEM Acer Iconia A3-A20 charger, however Samsung Fast Travel charger was delivered. Nice though to have a gift sent as well in the form of an extra cable!
Still it would have been better to receive an Acer charger as ordered!
All well packed though, a good price and prompt delivery.

Very happy with the quality
Very happy with the quality, delivery time and price of the product.
Although I assumed that the jack plug would be the same size as my original part number.
The description did state that the jack plug is 4.5mm which I did not notice until after the adapter arrived.
I actually need a 4mm jack plug.

A great price good quality product and fast delivery i even had a free gift with my order so all in all a great experience and i also saved a lot because if i had bought my charger elswhere it would of been almost double the price .

Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. When I emailed to say so I got a request for 5-6 different pictures so they can check I was telling the truth. Sent them but got no reply, despite the reminder.
Having an item from a different brand that "works" is not a solution, as using it will make it impossible to claim guarantee from my own device's company.
Shame, because the item that did arrive was in excellent condition, and came along with a free USB charging cable as a first order present.

Replacement adaptor
Considering where I bought the item from (China), I received my item in 10 days. The website gave updates to when it was shipped, to where it was received, up to it's end journey. That gives the consumer peace of mind. I also received a free gift from them which was unexpected and a nice surprise. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to buy replacement items.
