Finally got my charger
Finally got my charger. Shipping took a lot longer than expected, with minimal information provided on progress. Emails to Customer Services were met with no response!
The quality of the product seems good, as should be expected for electrical equipment!

Postage from China ......
I thought I was buying from a UK based company so I was disappointed when I discovered the item was being shipped from China. I needed it in a hurry and thought it would be here in 3 working days. It came 8 days later but 5 working days from the order date so within 3-5 working days. If that was coming from the UK it would have been here quicker and I really needed it.

You sent the wrong Charger to fit my Dell Chrome Book it has a large connector the one you sent was to small I cannot charge my Chromebook I am sending the one back you sent me and hope u can give the correct chargery

Great product
Great product! Took a while to arrive, but that is to be expected as it is coming from China. Now the product is here, all tested and works perfectly. Great communication throughout the order process and they even threw in a free USB cable! Highly recommend.

Great service - really pleased
Although it took a while to arrive and there were no updates on delivery progress, the charger came perfectly wrapped and protected with a useful additional gift inside the box and the OEM charger I received is exactly what I ordered and works prefectly. Great service!

Chinese Business fronted by UK website
The company front their Chinese business with a UK website. The image displayed on charger and the item received doesn’t match. The delivery time was unacceptable. Beware this is going to be shipped from China so it will take ages to get here. Wrong item received - right wattage, voltage and amperage but it doesn’t work with my laptop. The picture and description matched my requirement but the item received was not the same.

The product arrived in new condition and with a small gift for buying from them. So can't fault the company there.
Small negative is it took longer to arrive than specified. Don't know if it was late dispatch or to do with royal mails side.

I saw nothing in the advert indicating that the item was not in stock or indicating from where it was coming. However when the tracking actually kicked in it was surprising how swiftly the item appeared in UK and delivery was actually within 12 days of the order

Charger was a genuine Lenovo product, as advertised, which a charger I had previously bought from another outlet was not (and which made a high-pitched whine and which I had therefore to discard). Delivery included free USB multi-charger cable, which was a great bonus
