Easy to order (disappointed it was coming from China) but recieved it much quicker than expected
Charger works fine and appears to be a manufacturers original.
On the negative side no communication (Dispatched etc) at all from the seller

Ordered weeks ago but unfortunately…
Ordered weeks ago but unfortunately item never arrived. Tried to contact the company & it took days to get a reply & all I got was a tracking number telling me to contact the courier. No help at all, poor customer service & still no delivery or resolution to the problem. Disappointed, a case of we got your money that's it who cares if you actually get what you ordered.

I ordered a charger a month ago. they didnt give tracking details. I still have not received the charger, they are resistant to refund and slow at communicating. Seems many people have the same problems. I assume the positive reviews are fake.

I don't often do reviews but I got outstanding service from Buy-a-charger. I ordered a Dell charger for my laptop but ordered the wrong one - my fault. I went back to Buy-a-charger explaining my error. They requested details of the correct one and promptly sent it with no additional charge. They also told me I did not need to return the incorrect one. Not many companies would be so helpful!

Ordered and arrived within 10 days. A pleasant surprise was the added USB phone cable included. Charger is very good and I have not had problems with it. It was well packaged and protected.

Great value, original manufacturer part, just be prepared for a 1-2 week wait as my laptop charger was apparently shipped on demand from China!

Just impressed with the items included although it came from CHINA but it came under two weeks and will actually recommend the company.

You buy it and totally no update and customers service.
You wait for more than 2 weeks and no charger received and not even tracking number sent to you. And ask for refund already, and they said they will interrupt the delivery, if successful then can refund.

Be VERY weary when buying from here!
I placed an order two weeks ago, on the website it says 0-1 day to ship and 3-5 days delivery, I’ve waited 2 WEEKS for it. I’ve had to take 2 weeks off work as I work from home and needed this charger, the customer service is terrible, they barely replied and when they did they just kept saying to wait and wait. The information on the website is untruthful, your item will likely not arrive within 6 days of purchase. They also will not give me a refund and have stopped replying to my emails. If they finally reply and refund me I will update my review.
