Buy A-charger Omdömen 

I am very disspointed with this company. I ordered a charger and it came perfectly.
However the charger was not the correct one for my laptop due to the pin. I contacted them on their website and via email several times asking for them to give me details of how i could return the item and get refund. I have not had a reaponse from them. Their communication is terrible.

Great service, charger arrived within a couple of days. Works perfectly

Quick delivery. Item was spot on and is still working great 6 months later

The first charger was faulty emailed them and a new one arrived a few days later no hastle good company would recommend them

Ordered a charger for my Asus UX31E Zenbook, detailed the right laptop but got sent the wrong size.
Mailed asking them to fix it, received two mails back asking for photos then they stopped responding.

Please avoid this Company. There is no address or contact number on the invoice. The charger, when it arrived, did not fit my laptop. I have returned it to the only address I had which was the delivery company.
I've now emailed the company requesting a refund and I'm still waiting to hear from them

They sold me the wrong charger and never replied to my emails.

Stay away from this company, I don't think they are from the UK.

Avoid at all costs when i purchased my adapter got a sales confirmation and invioce straight away item took 3 weeks to arrive when it did it was the wrong adapter plus it did not work emailed several times was asked to send photos which i did then was told after sending more emails that they did not receive the photos after sending several more emails i have had no response wished i had seen reviews before i bought from them also did not realise the company was in china

I wished I'd checked out the Trustpilot review before I purchased...received the charger after approx. 2 weeks and it didn't work. Contacted them several times (via 'Contact us') and have had no response. Do not waste your money with this company, they may be cheap but their products are worthless and you're wasting your money.

This is a rogue business. Disgusting service. Took a month to deliver a charger. Then they sent the wrong charger. Then they mess you about for a week - telling you to send the charger to China. No talk of postage paid or a refund. If you want to waste money and time, and get aggravation, use this business. If I could give a zero star I would.

Bought a charger in January. When it arrived it was the wrong adaptor for the laptop. Asked for returns details. One week later I got a response. Over 3 emails I sent photos etc. Not heard from them since 21 Jan, despite several chaser emails. 100% customer satisfaction - I thing not. Very disappointing.

False advertising- website clearly says items will be despatched within 1 day. My charger wasn’t despatched for over a week.
After multiple emails asking to cancel the order I was ignored and just told it will be despatched soon.
Also the items are coming from China, just for anyone who may assume it’s a uk website as I did.

Awful customer services do not recommend

SCAM! They took my money and sent a link with a virus when I reached out on email!!! STAY AWAY and keep your PayPal and bank account safe. I have not received my order and no communications. it is a fake website....

One of the worse buying experiences I've had.

Placed order for a charger and money taken. Still waiting for delivery and email coms are slow and very unhelpful. Look at the recent reviews says it all.

Wish i had read the reviews on here. Looks like i have been scammed as well. £19 down the drain!! Ordered 2 weeks ago.

May as well talk to the wall certain details removed for security. Oh and tracking doesn't work because they are obviously in China.

Scam! Placed an 'order' two weeks ago, monet went out, but they never shipped it nor reply to my emails.

Save your money and buy from a legit source.
