Burra Design Omdömen

Alex was amazing. He understood the brief and came up with a great solution for built ins for three bedrooms using his amazing knowledge of the IKEA system and Ren studio’s capability. He was really responsive to needs and responded quickly to my questions and amendments. I’d highly recommend

With a design already developed, I engaged Alex from Burra Design to finesse the details and ensure the design was functional and executable.
What Alex doesn't know about Ikea cabinetry isn't worth knowing and I have no doubt if you're looking for assistance with your design from the outset, Alex will work with you to achieve your dream kitchen.
He was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and creative.
I couldn't recommend Burra Design more for anyone designing an Ikea kitchen.

Alex was awesome - spoon fed us the way through our new kitchen purchase and installation, any changes were addressed amazingly fast. Very happy

Working with Alex made short work of navigating an endless Ikea cabinetry range for the kitchen, and I have ended up with a kitchen I love. He was generous with his industry contacts to draw in the tradespeople I needed and while this was an interim renovation, I will come back to do the full reno consult in the future.

Alex designed my new Ikea kitchen for me recently. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of his service. From a design perspective, he clearly knows what he's doing - creating a beautiful and highly functional kitchen in a small space. He was also prompt, personable, listened well to my needs and wishes, and went above and beyond to help guide related design decisions. Alex impressed me so much I have re-engaged him to design my office space, and will continue to work with him whenever the opportunity arises.

Alex is wonderful to work with! I appreciated the prompt and detailed communication throughout every step of the design, from setting up the initial appointment to ordering the products from IKEA. He knows the IKEA kitchen and laundry products inside out and could guide us as to what would fit where. I wouldn’t have known where to begin otherwise, and couldn’t have done it without him!

Amazing service! Last time I designed an IKEA kitchen it took me days to do what Alex can manage in a couple of hours. He understands all the important elements of design and working with the space you've got, and knows IKEA's options inside-out. Alex is friendly, easygoing and responsive, and the whole process was fast, expert and incredibly good value for money. I would recommend Burra Design to anyone who is looking at designing an IKEA kitchen. I only wish I'd known earlier that such a fantastic service existed!

Alex of Burra Design has produced a superb design for our new Ikea kitchen. The process was effortless - clear, quick and easy, with Alex really engaging and collaborating with us to deliver the design we wanted. He offered high quality advice on the practicalities and aesthetics during the initial 2 hour consultation and subsequently via phone and email to get the design just right. The initial design was prepared overnight following the consultation, and updates made within a matter of hours. Burra will really help you get the most out of an IKEA kitchen through the design of clever custom components to suit your space, lighting and other details. We really recommend using them to design your new kitchen.

We recently worked with Burra Design to help us design an IKEA kitchen, laundry, mudroom and wardrobes as part of a major renovation at our property. Alex is very knowledgeable about the IKEA product range, due to his experience from an installation point of view and having previously worked at IKEA. It meant he was able to seemlessly transition us through the process from initial design brief to execution with his connections in the industry, and we are so pleased with the end results. We didn’t have the greatest experience at our local IKEA store and weren’t filled with confidence when we first visited, so decided to use Burra Design’s services instead and would 100% recommend them to anybody.

I've done a few kitchen renovations before and thought I knew what I was doing but I'm so pleased I enlisted Alex's help. He not only understands the inner workings of IKEA cabinetry, he also has insight into the assembly and offers great suggestions regarding functionality and design. Before our consultation I was feeling ambivalent about how our kitchen would turn out - now I'm excited and completely confident. Given the value that kitchens can add to a home, I believe this is one of the most worthwhile investments you can make when renovating or building.

Burra Design offer a brilliant service for those installing an Ikea Kitchen. Alex is extremely thorough and responsive. He has great product knowledge and offers wonderful design advice, which I found really helpful. His consideration of kitchen functionality only comes with a certain level of experience and skill. He is also well connected to local installers and suppliers this made the process even more simple. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and very knowledgeable! Alex was a dream to work with - he was very accommodating and was always willing to try and find a solution to what we needed. I'm very happy with our kitchen design and the service that I received when working with him!

Alex and the team were great to work with. Alex put together a really thoughtful design which captured everything we wanted and took into account all the little things we hadn’t considered. He was always available to cater to adjustments we wanted and very present through the construction process. I would recommend Alex and the team to anyone!

We've been working with Alex for a few years now, he's a great designer with excellent product knowledge. What stands out is the lovely way he treats clients and colleagues, highly recommended by us.

Alex is extremely knowledgeable and had some amazing ideas to make our kitchen and laundry much more functional and feel more spacious than what they were. He knew how to utilise every bit of space with the best storage idea. He had some great ideas about the aesthetics of the rooms and making symmetry and important part of the look. We are very impressed!
