Burra Design Omdömen

I recently worked with Alex on a kitchen project and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He scheduled a site visit within 24 hours of our initial contact, demonstrating his promptness and dedication. Throughout our collaboration, Alex communicated clearly and adaptably, always incorporating my input into the plans seamlessly. His patience with revisions and thorough follow-up were particularly noteworthy, making the process smooth and stress-free. In person, Alex was friendly, attentive, and his experience with Ikea products added confidence to his recommendations. His network of connections also proved invaluable in sourcing unique elements for the project. Overall, I highly recommend Alex for his reliable and structured approach to project management.

Alex has been warm, knowledgeable and proactive from start to finish! We have had his guidance and support in designing 3-spaces for our renovation and would highly recommend his services (small spaces maximised!). It’s a pleasure working with him. Always quick to respond and his dedication and care for clients shows in every interaction. Thanks so much Alex - we appreciate you!

Alex helped us with our office/guest room built-ins. He was incredibly knowledgable, easy to work with, and consultative. He came up with a design that worked really well in our small and awkward space; all the while, optimising for storage and functionality. He guided us throughout the process so that we were clear on the outcome and how it would all come together. We had a shift in budget during the process, and Alex worked with us to align the project to those new requirements. This was the most positive joinery experience we've had to date (we've had a few expensive disasters) with the planning and design process, and the final outcome /quality being exceptionally positive. I couldn't recommend Alex enough and look forward to working with him for our next project!

Alex was absolutely delightful to deal with and really helped guide the nuance of a kitchen design based on IKEA being paired with So Watt. Extremely pleased with the end result. 🤩

Alex assisted me with my IKEA kitchen, bathroom and bedroom project. His expertise meant I was able to achieve a design that was cost effective while still meeting my goals. His advice and guidance regarding details such materials and appliances was also extremely helpful. I've recommended his services to friends and anyone looking to undertake a renovation project with IKEA. Thanks again for all your help.

Alex designed three wardrobes for our family after we put it off for at least 12-18 months in the ‘too hard basket’. The robe designs are perfect and as individual as each of us! His expertise was invaluable with amazing solutions that were so unique for each of us but complemented our house style and look custom made! The little things that we would never have thought of has made them so ideal and user friendly! We would never try and do our own after experiencing Burra Design - so fast and efficient, amazing design skills and not to mention professional and cost effective - wish we had done it sooner now knowing how easy it was! Highly recommend Burra Design and we will definitely be a repeat customer! Super happy!

Alex was extremely professional and lovely to work with. He was very responsive and nothing was a problem. We’re so happy with the kitchen he helped us to create and we would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Alex has been a life-saver for our kitchen and butler's pantry design. I was completely overwhelmed trying to work out the Ikea kitchen planner. Not only does Alex know this inside-out, his ideas and suggestions were great. He was quick to answer questions and I will definitely use his services again through our project.

Alex was incredibly helpful as we navigated a bathroom and kitchen redesign. He had excellent design ideas that were innovative and exciting but also practical. He was fun to work with and also very supportive as we worked through various options. Alex made the process more efficient, and I think our outcome is stronger because of his ideas. Highly recommended!!

I contacted Alex to help me design and purchase a small Ikea kitchenette for my art studio. I was very impressed by his prompt availability, both by phone and email, as well as his attention to detail and his efficiency in getting back to me with a design and an installer. I also relied on his expert advice in all details required to deal with Ikea. Altogether, he was excellent and I highly recommend him.

We used Alex to redesign our kitchen using IKEA Metod frames with custom fronts from Customea. His design was completed quickly to a high level of detail, with all the notes needed to make the kitchen happen seamlessly. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Alex at Burra Design recently helped us with a home office fitout. His professionalism and attention to detail are excellent. It is a relatively small space and the transformation to a more usable space, with a large desktop area as well a huge amounts of storage is awesome. Alex also coordinated with Ren Studio to use their doors for a higher quality finish. Well done and thanks again Alex.

Alex assisted us with a living room project. His customer service was friendly and efficient. He assisted in designing a lovely 6m long tv unit/window seat/ pantry design with his very talented ikea skills which enabled us to have the design we wanted at a very cost effective price point. Would highly recommend and look forward to being able to use his services again.

We've used Alex and the Burra Design team three separate times: once for a kitchen, once for a kitchenette, and now...they've just designed our laundry.
Highly highly recommend. Fast, Efficient, No bull and excellent design. Thanks Alex. Will see you next time for the wardrobes!

Alex’s expertise was exactly what we needed! We gave him a brief on what we wanted, he took the time prior to and come up with a workable plan so that during our meeting, he was showing us a ready to go design. We have an odd shaped kitchen and he worked out creative solutions to make the most of the space. He also made a few style adjustments for us post the meeting in a flash! Alex was easy breezy to chat to and would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for any thing IKEA! Big thanks Alex!

I repurposed some Ikea kitchen cabinetry from a house that was being knocked down. I gathered all the pieces and brought them to my unit, thinking I had a vague idea of what I wanted and where to put everything. But let's be honest, I was overwhelmed. I knew I was missing some crucial parts, and that's when Alex swooped in like a design superhero.
He measured what I had, we chatted about the design, and boom! Within an hour, he conjured up a 3D model of the kitchen, complete with a list of item codes from Ikea that I needed to complete the masterpiece. It was like a scene out of a blockbuster movie – picture epic music and slow-motion high-fives. Alex's professionalism and skill were off the charts.
I cannot recommend Alex enough. If you're in need of a design magician to turn your jumbled Ikea dreams into a reality, he's your guy. Trust me, this experience was more impressive than watching a squirrel solve a Rubik's cube. Yeah, it's that good!

Alex has really gone above and beyond with us . Honestly, I can't fault his service and expertise. He was prompt , available and very reliable. I will be recommending him to anyone interested in a kitchen , wardrobe and any other sort of renovation that relates to IKEA design.

Alex was brilliant to work with. He guided us through the deign process, making the kitchen work for us, with ideas and problem solves we would have never considered ourselves. He was always available to chat, highly responsive with new designs / changes, and had every detail of the process buttoned down. Plus, he is just a lovely bloke to work with. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have worked with Burra designs to design two joinery areas for our home. Alex is always courteous, professional and thoughtful about how to maximise both the design intent as well as and practical aspects of the joinery. I highly recommend Burra Designs.
