Great products & service as usual, very happy & healthy dog who loves his meals.
I would highly recommend this company to any dog owner as they have food for every type of dog covering all sorts of health conditions, even hypoallergenic choices which are hard to find, my dog has not been healthier & happy since being fed a variety of Burns products.

All three of my cockapoo's enjoy Burns and have been for 9/8/5 years ... great company and always helpful when I've needed any advice .

My very fussy dog absolutely loves Burns food. It is so easy to order from the website, and I love that the wet food comes in 2 different sizes. They use an amazing courier too, which means it arrives quickly, and exactly when it's expected.

Always friendly and prompt service. I just had a delay on my deluvery this time - hopefully now resolved with Steve’s help.
I find the subscription management system a bit difficult to manage if I want to make changes.

I still haven't received my parcel s. They have tried to deliver twice but the market were my business is shuts at 4pm and each time they've turned up after this time. I am really getting fed up of waiting.

Burns' Head Office number was busy so my call was diverted to distribution warehouse near Chester. Gentleman who answered my call to bring forward next scheduled delivery was right on the ball.

Minor issue with some Burns pet food we had purchased from another supplier.

Burns very quickly agreed there was a problem and sent us a whole new bag within days.

Absolutely LOVE Burns! My dog was on another popular dog food brand, he was over excited, completely unrelaxed, barked a lot and quite honestly was a bit off his rocker! My lovely groomer recommended Burns, couldn’t believe I actually had never heard of them. Immediately things changed. This food is absolutely perfect for him, we’ve never looked back. He has Burns wet food with a scoop of Burns dry! I’m so grateful, it was life changing for my Westie 💙

Some of the wet food packages arrived damaged and had to be thrown away. However, this is the first time this has happened.

My dog loves her Burns dry food and it us do good fur get teeth. The delivery was so good the driver even offered to bring the big food bag in for me.
