It’s taste good and they never do my order wrong

Cold food, waited 25mins for incomplete order

Atienden muy buenos , le faltaría un poco de orden y los demás todo ok

We went for lunch yesterday at the Pinata San Javier branch .I ordered on the screen but it wouldn't process my payment so I went to the till to pay . I was shouted at by a VERY rude member of staff because my Spanish wasn't very good . I wouldn't have even had to go to the counter if the machine had processed my payment . After standing there taking the verbal abuse a very nice girl came from the back of the kitchen to help me. I told this girl her colleague didn't like me because my Spanish isn't very good but all I wanted to go was pay . I had my debit card in my hand . I presume this rude women was the manager because she was bossing a young boy about and she was dressed differently to the other members of staff. If Burger King don't like the English then put a note on the door instead of being abusive . Needless to say me and my husband won't be visiting again . We are in our 70s and not used to being spoken to like this

BK Huercal Overa. DREADFUL! Staff were belligerent, the woman preparing the food did not wear gloves throughout the process of handling food, the burgers were cold, there were ants on the drinks dispensers and in the overflow tray. The tables were sticky and the food itself was almost inedible. Cold hard chips and a cold burger with old lettuce and a partially defrosted bun! Utterly awful. Never again!

hoy hemos hecho un pedido a Burguer King en Marratxi Palma de Mallorca por un importe de 28'54 euros, y nos hemos dado cuenta que el domicilio no era correcto, hemos llamado rapidamente, "dos personas a la vez" a estos numeros 690 25 13 24 y 639 77 59 62 y o tenia el buzon lleno o el tlf estaba apagado o fuera de cobertura. Pues bien, lo han llevado al domicilio equivocado y cuando hemos ido a recogerlo no estaba. Es decir, hemos pagado por algo que no se sabe donde está, hemos pagado y no tenemos producto. Si no hacen una devolucion a la mayor brevedad posible, mañana reclamaremos en Consumo, y desde luego hare una reseña negativa contando nuestra mala experiencia, que por cierto, he hecho una reseña en el restaurante al que le hemos hecho la peticion y me la han bloqueado. Como experiencia un desastre de servicio pesimo no lo siguiente casi tres horas para recibir mi pedido no les vuelvo a pedir nada ni siquiera en el local aparte me faltó la mitad de las cosas son un desastre esto es en Albacete capital

Muy mala experiencia. Hice un pedido para recoger y cuando llegó al local 10min antes de la hora indicada y al no ver mi pedido en pantalla, le pregunto al encargado que me dice que espere a que que el pedido entrara, tras 15 minutos y viendo que estan recogiendo el local vuelvo a preguntar. El encargado me indica que el pedido sigue sin entrar y que van a cerrar, y que como he pedido por la aplicación, no me puede ayudar por que no depende de ellos. La app es oficial de su empresa, no entiendo por qué se limpian las manos. Eso sí, me cobraron el pedido y he puesto ya 3 reclamaciones a lo largo de una semana y sigo sin respuesta y aún menos sin solución.

Si pides que te lo traigan... YA SON 9.75 EUROS Y ENCIMA TE COBRAN 3 EUROS MAS OTROS CASI 2 EUROS.... CASI 5 EUROS!!!! Entiendo que si no llegas a un pedido mínimo haya costes a cobrar!!!! PERO ENCIMA TAMBIEN LOS COBRAIS EN EL PRECIO DEL MENU????? DEBERIA ENTERARSE TODO EL MUNDO!!!!!!!!!

Entendiendo como normal una subida generalizada de precios en los productos, me pregunto si también son normales ciertos cambios de política de empresa como, por ejemplo, ofrecer sin coste adicional un mísero sobre de ketchup (8g/7ml) para un menú de parrilla, con sus patatas y todo. Tonterías así les harán perder clientes.

We have been using this burger king for some time now and today was our worst experience. We ordered our food from an English speaking guy 2 whoppers meals from the drive through takeaway, immediately after ordering we moved to the second window, and with no other cars in front of us our food was ready, there was no way possible our food could be cooked that quick. We paid the bill and quickly found a parking space, the chips were red hot, but the whopper burgers were cold, not even warm. I took the food straight back and complained to the guy who spoke english. I told him that these are so cold they must have been made before I arrived, I asked for replacements. After about 7 minutes he gave me my food, and I returned to my car only to find he had microwaved them, the bread was hot and soggy and the meat, tomato, onion and lettuce were all very hot. I immediately returned and gave them back and walked away, you should not have to complain twice, as they should have been replaced the first time. It's not the quality you would expect from a Burger king

Five star service

Asta ase 1 semana me encantaba pero su nefastas relaciones públicas ah destruido su reputación por dejarse influenciar por la generación de cristal que no le da lo mismo que el resto del mundo....

Realizamos un pedido, y a la hora de recogerlo me dicen que no me lo pueden dar porque no tiene. Nada de existencias, me lo cobraron y a día de hoy no he recibido el dinero ni me dan explicaciones. Esto me pasó en el burguer King de Villarrobledo

Quería ir por el menú del mejor streamer de habla hispana (El Xokas), me gustaban los llaveros que regalan con ese menú, pero han cancelado su colaboración por ser unos wokes y temas políticos, así que ya no voy hasta que se me olvide que son unos wokes politizados... y tengo buena memoria.

Iva a pedir algo y a sido muy rapido y esta todo limpio y huele muy muy bien y esta todo esto muy fresquito

Por favor arreglar el aire acondicionado.
Es inhumano para los empleados.
No hay quien pare dentro de calor.
Falta alguna pieza que no acaba de llegar, de mientras poned algún climatizador portatil.
