Bunk Campers - Greater London Omdömen 

Can't fault the service, people really nice 4th year in row used them. A little disappointed got no feedback as to why we had no water for the duration of hire ,wasn't a massive inconvenience but would have been nice to flush toilet and wash dishes, did report on return but as yet have had no response, anyway worse things happening in world so not that fussed but some feedback would have been nice.

Awful experience. Original camper returned as in fit to drive. 2nd camper ok took another 3 hours to wait for it to be prepared but miss many cooking items eg frying pan, can opener, washing up bowl etc. Also had no windscreen washer fluid. Asked customer service to call me to discuss but they sent and email. I replied asking for a call but a month later I am still awaiting.

The staff were wonderful and welcoming, the motorhome was amazing.

The only downside was the opening to the grey water hose was blocked, And the water would come back into the bathroom And its also taken A ridiculous amount of time to recieve our deposit back we dropped the van off on the 11th of June and now its the 5/7/25 and still no sign of our $5000 deposit.

Besides that, everything else was wonderful.

Great van, reasonable value. Good condition. Great for festival hire. More detail on demo Handover would be beneficial as not all instructions are too clear

A very nice first motorhome experience! The vehicle was in a good state, the staff were very friendly & helpful, but there was a 3 hour wait to receive the vehicle (it was a very busy day for them but still!)

Das Fahrzeug war in sehr gutem Zustand weil fast neu. Die Übergabe war sehr mickrig und kurz, ganz elementare Einweisungen sind nicht erfolgt, ein User- Manual fehlt! Einige Punkte: Keine Keile zum Nivellieren im Auto, keine Parkscheibe, leeres Scheibenwasser, defekte Sicherung, Oberschränke durch unnötige Zusatzbetten (4 Bettenroste und Matratzen für 2 Personen) zum Teil nicht erreichbar, schweres und klappriges Geschirr von IKEA nicht campinggeeignet. Gas muss an den in England seltenen LNG- Tankstellen befüllt werden, eigentlich ein gutes System aber nicht ganz einfach in der Umsetzung. Das Tankstellenpersonal kannte sich damit auch nicht aus. Online gibt es unterwegs Support, wenn nicht gerade Feiertag ist, ein Handbuch und ein besserer Check des Fahrzeugs vor der Abfahrt würde die Inanspruchnahme reduzieren. Auf die Kautionsrückerstattung warten wir noch, ist aber noch in der angekündigten Zeit.

The experiennce was fine except for a few instances. The young woman giving us a tour of the van did not seem to know a lot about it and seemed rushed. Quite a few hints as to how the various amenities of the van such as the fact that it had a solar panel or that it had a diesle boiler would have been helpful. As well I should mention that the van was not what we expected. It was actually a 4 berth van much bigger and longer than we needed. The bunk bed arrangement was somewhat overkill for our needs as the bottom sleeping area was claustrophobic as you could not sit up. The van was much longer then we expected leading to ongoing parking problems during our trip. In retrospect we should have voiced our concerns at the time of pick up but being polite Canadians we didn't much to our chagrin. Other then that we did have a great trip.

Great experience all round! Would happily rent again.

We had the Fiat Sleeper Van and it was perfect for 2 adults although it had the popup which could have slept more-we never used it. We lived in it for 12 days/nights and were very comfortable traveling all over UK. Only drawbacks were the dishware provided was not well padded and the rattling was so annoying that we padded it with our towels. And the ladders provided for top bunks need to be better secured, maybe provide some bungee cords or some other means to secure them. Otherwise, we loved it!

Easy pickup details and the camper was presented immaculately. We only had it for 6 nights but the four of us were very comfortable in the vehicle and the travel was easy with the sat nav.

Bunk campers have zero accountability or integrity. We had an issue with our motorhome, called on line or on the road support, told to fix issue and would be reimbursed. This has never happened, no response to emails or requests for just payment for fixing an issue with their campervan. I am disgusted with their behaviour. One email has been received which basically gas lit us, didn't acknowledge the promise made by their online team and all but told us to get stuffed. The team in London in the hire office are lovely but horribly let down by the wider organization.
Do not book with this organization as if you have a problem they honestly do not care nor respond to emails as they state. If I could minus I would. They have the integrity of a dried baked bean

Top notch vehicle, and closeness of the staff. Excellent customer service.

First time in a Motorhome. We had been looking for a while and when the promotion came through for Luton to Edinburgh over 3 nights, all for £5 per night, plus insurance, fuel, we couldn't resist! Great service from both sites, extremely helpful teams, great explanation on how the Motorhome worked, lovely 24 plate with 5 berth! Would highly recommend you try it! We are now planning our next trip, possibly France next and then likely do the Tuscan collection and return to the UK.

Bardzo mila obsluga! Wynajem kampera byl bardzo dobra opcja dla nas w okresie zimowym .brak ograniczenia mil do zrobienia, co przy wyjazdach do EU jest bardzo istotne.
My jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni ze wszystkiego: obsluga, zalatwianie formalnosci, zdanie kampera,wszystko sprawnie ,milo i latwo.
Bardzo dziekujemy i pewnie skorzystamy ponownie.

Lovely staff when returning, interested to find out if we had enjoyed ourselves. Great deal to get the van, made it accessible for us.

Everything was great except the bed is unsuitable for using as a queen due to timber rails in the middle - needed two bed covers to use as separate singles.

The staff were helpful and informative.
The motorhome was immaculate

From the time dealing with Bunk, before leaving Australia the communication and hospitality was excellent
Picking up and returning the motor home was seamless
Staff very helpful and courteous
Along our journey Bunk was very helpful with everything which made our trip wonderful

STAY AWAY!! THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS!!
I have had to come on here to amend my review due to an email I got today from this company as they are actually fraudulent! We paid extra for full coverage on the vehicle and a week after dropping it back& showing them the poor quality and poor workmanship of their vehicles - things like the shower that we never used the screen came unattached as we were driving, not us pulling at it or even touching it, just the vehicle movement causing these tiny screws to come out!! They then decided to take over $600 of additional funds from our account to cover the cost of screwing it back on!! Even though as mentioned we paid for FULL COVERAGE!! I’m disgusted with this and will never use them again!!!

The campervan was clean and in excellent condition.
However, they overcharge for any small thing when you return it. We lost the casing of the marker light on the side. They charged £100 for someone to click a replacement onto the undamaged part of the light, which takes an unskilled person approximately one minute (plus £30 for this tiny piece of plastic).
