This company is appalling…
I signed up n agreed to £86 a month.
On the first payment- aswell as I paid a deposit, instead of £86 they took £169!!! With only 6 days later another £169 was taken out so in total- £338 was taken from my bank in 1 weeks instead of £86!
Iv phoned everyday- n they keep saying it’s being sorted in the ‘ system’ it’s ‘ noted’ there’s no manager today.
In what right does this company have to take money from my bank without my consent! I will take this further, I’m waiting for my REFUND.
Just to add- u took money from my bank 2x in one week with our my consent!!!!!
Instead of £86 u took £169 2x payments… in one week and replying saying my refund under investigation??? You have taken my own money from my bank for no REASON

BUDGET INSURANCE ARE A JOKE
Budget Insurance is a joke, had no email or any sort of communication regarding my complaint and now it’s going to cost me more money as they want rip off money to cancel my policy when it only cost a fraction before.
I can’t believe in this day and age it’s taken them so long to respond

Actual help with correcting misinformation
There was a longish wait to get to speak to an advisor, but he was helpful in sorting out the problem of misinformation provided by my previous insurer to CUE which had seemed impossible to resolve via that insurer.

Shocking they cannot confirm cancellation of policy and debit order.
Have an AI created email that replies the same message.
Do not use them all goes well until you want to cancel.
