Thank you for your feedback. I have checked our system and I can confirm that we dispatched your order on next day delivery with DHL so it should have got to you last week. Really sorry for the delay with delivery on this. Once the items are dispatched from us the delivery is in the hands of the couriers, so unfortunately none of our team were aware that you were waiting for your items. However we are more than happy to help on this so we will speak to the couriers to find out what's happened.
In the meantime we will send out replacements for you free of charge. Please may you send us an email to confirm that you would like delivery to the same address and we will look into this for you ASAP.

Good purchase
Good purchase, great price, ordered 8pm and got not the nextday but day after. One assumes that get next working day means if ordered durring that working day. Exactly 1KG as stated and good price for stainless steel nails

It did say next day delivery
It did say next day delivery, order came 1 week after. I needed the items before the weekend so had to get them from somewhere else and return part of the order.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry that your experience with us wasn’t the best.
I’ve just looked into this and it looks like we had despatched your order however unfortunately our couriers came through quite a few issues whilst trying to get the items to you and then ultimately the parcel was lost.
As soon as we found this out we sent out replacements of the items to you on a next day delivery service and upgraded this to an AM delivery to get them to you as soon as we possibly could.
I’m really sorry for the delay and I hope it didn’t cause too much inconvenience for you.
