Jason and Lauren installed our new bathroom. Their work and finish was outstanding. They kept us informed with every stage of the work and both worked very hard through difficult conditions,very polite and on time every day.

We had a lovely man come out as an emergency to get our front door open as it wouldn’t unlock and as we live in a maisonette we don’t have a back door.

He was so helpful and efficient, it was hard work as the locks we have are specific ones to make it harder to break in.

He was brilliant and can’t fault him one bit, if I could ask for him every time we would.

He got the door open in a couple hours and put on a temporary lock, FairPlay to him because he was meant to Finnish work ages ago whilst he was still helping us.

I had my kitchen replaced. The organisation was superb and the fitting went smoothly. David the fitter was very polite and kept me informed of the progress. I don’t think anyone else would have been so proficient.
All completed to a high standard!!

Recently,my windows at 22St Birinus Court were replaced by Phil,Cameron and Darren...what a fabulous three they were... polite,thoughtful,hard working,friendly ..everything which made having work done,

Pete, was exceptional in his work. He treated us with respect, explained to us what he was here to do and ask if we are okay for him to carry on to which we consented. He carried out the job with care professionalism that is worth more than five stars. He never showed any sign of fatigue, and solved the problem to our satisfaction. Very good staff to deal with. I recommend Bromford doesn't let him go.

Just had a gentleman named Rob C from Bromford to do window seal repairs. He was promptly on time. He phoned to say he would be with me in 20minutes. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He worked quickly but carefully and cleaned up so you would never have known He had done a repair. A real credit to Bromford. Thank you Rob C

Rick came to replace a shed door that is adjoining to my bungalow, absolutely 5 stars given. Extremely professional, extremely polite and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Outstanding workmanship.

We had a positive experience today with Kyle, who has in the past also come to help us. He is friendly and helpful, and spent a considerable time getting the issue fully resolved. He also gave advice on how we can try to avoid a similar issue in the future. Much appreciated!

I reported a safety concern. Was phoned the same day with a quick appointment. Rob C was great with communication, he worked quickly and quietly, and was friendly and polite. Good job.

Sean came and did the lead on the roof repointing and replaced lead. He was very thorough and cleaned up everything at the end.

Simon Morgan completed a repair in my property. My frame around the door was cracking and Simon did a great job with making this look tidy again.
Simon was clean, tidy and caring.

A couple of weeks ago I had two Bromford staff to do the same job (silicone sealant) around the sink by Ben W and the floor... in the same bloody room by someone else!! Same time and day... same job in the same room! Come on Bromford, that is ridiculous! I give Bromford 1 * for such a ridiculous waste of time and manpower! No wonder my rent has gone up £200 in 6 years!
The 5* are for Ben W, sorry it's been a wait for my feedback but I lost the card with your name. You're a star, thank you for actually caring and the beautiful job you did. I do hope to have you at any future repairs.
