The two guys who done the work were very polite n professional in what they done which was loft insulation ventilation on windows in each room extractor fan in kitchen n bathroom finally radiator in back room very satisfied

The guy AJ came to do property visit he was nice and informative explained everything to me

Had loft insulation ,window trickle velvets, fans in kitchen and a new combi boiler to replace the old tired leaking one. Jobs had been completed thoroughly without any problem, installers are professional and friendly done good jobs, sort out any minor issues spotted onsite. communication with staffs are responsible. Some waiting of my case but worth it , recommended!

Work was carried out over two days, back boiler and cylider removed, replaced with efficient combi boiler, all work to a high standard, fan fitted in the kitchen and bathroom and vents fitted on windows. Great to have instant hot water. House left tidy all rubbish removed, thank you Britain Energy!

This company has sent a engineer round to fit a new boiler which my mum has got through a government grant.
The work done is a disgrace and engineer is incompetent in his work they have fitted on all radiators thermostatic valves which are all leaking and on some radiators old valve locking nuts left on damaging all carpets.
They fitted the combi boiler from the old gravity system and there was a leak immediately in pipes upstairs which has soaked all carpets in mums bedroom and below in living room in electrics light switch and soaked walls all damaged. The boiler fitter new of this but carried on and leaving the house in this condition why would he not turn water off so it could not flood the house.
I have tried contacting this company but do not answer there phone or respond to emails.
Do not use this company for anything

Very polite and introduced himself. He explained all the processes he was doing. He gave me time to ask questions.The inspection seemed very thorough.

Recieved a boiler , air vents and loft insulation in my house from British Energy which was free due to a grant I was eligible for. I'm very happy with the service and the professionalism of the staff and team. I would highly recommend them. You won't be let down.

Wry helpful and tidy work , a few teething problems were quickly sorted out !

From start to finish everyone was very helpful, polite and professional. Oliver who was my point of contact was very helpful and rearranging my installation due to illness was no problem at all which I was grateful for. Kashif and his team arrived nice and early for the central heating and boiler install and didn't stop work for so much as a cup of tea. They were polite and respectful and explained things to me as the installation was carried out. They worked solidly for about ten hours which was an achievement in itself. Kash apologised for them not having completed it all in one day but the scale of the job neccessitated two days really as it was a boiler and central heating installation and they all looked exhausted when they left which was hardly surprising due to the effort they'd put in during the day and were then faced with a long drive home. They arrived the next day mid morning after another long drive and picked up where they'd left things the previous night and threw themselves back into the job in hand. I don't think I've seen a team of tradesmen work so conscientiously for many years. I have been very impressed with the overall service and professionalism of all involved.
