Was very nervous about all this work but absolutely no need to be. The team arrived to do the loft insulation, trickle vents and extractor fans, what an excellent job they did. They worked non stop and didn't leave till it was all done, they cleaned up after them, excellent job
The next day the gas engineers turned up and I have to say my boiler placement wasn't the easiest of jobs but again they worked so hard and another excellent job was done and again everything was cleaned up and all the old boiler was taken away as was all the old lift insulation.
From the start when AJ the surveyor called round to look at the job, he was so helpful and explained everything to me and certainly took away any worries I had.
I am so pleased with everything and can't believe what a difference it makes to the warmth in my house

The engineers were very friendly and todied up after themselves. I felt they could have explained what they were doing better. And it was a very long day as they were here 10 hours. But very pleased with the outcome

Wow, what a shameful company.

I live in a timber frame house, I was told by the surveyor that they would do cavity wall insulation, I explained that I can't have it due to being timber framed.

The lack of knowledge leaves a lot to be desired. Communication is diabolical from this firm. You can never get hold of anyone.

I was further told it was compulsory to fit trickle vents into my windows against my will.

Avoid this firm like the plague as the owner isn't the most pleasant of individuals either
