Im a qualified DEA/RA who can carry out…

Im a qualified DEA/RA who can carry out EPCs.

Cut the middle man out and go direct by searching for assessors in your area on the goberment website if you Google it.

They contacted me this morning to carry out an EPC for £60.00 whilst charging the customer over £100+ on their website.

Customers are protected by scheme providers such as Elmhurst, ECMK and Trustmark.

They are basically a booking site but will claim to offer services when independent assessors are carrying out all the work whislt they stick a fee on top.

Avoid and go direct.

This review appears to relate to a brief conversation regarding potential subcontract work, rather than a customer experience of using our service.

As with any independent assessor, you were free to accept or decline the fee offered for that particular instruction, and we completely respect that different assessors operate on different pricing structures. There was no further engagement beyond that initial enquiry.

Move-Nest provides a managed booking and administration service for landlords, vendors and agents who prefer a simple, hands-off way to arrange an EPC. Our pricing reflects the full service provided, including secure online booking, client communication, scheduling, payment processing and coordination of accredited assessors - not just the assessment itself.

We fully respect that many assessors choose to work independently and set their own direct-to-client pricing, and customers are always free to choose whichever route suits them best. Our service simply offers an alternative option for those who value convenience and a managed process.

1st Class Customer Service

From the initial contact with Freddie everything was so simple, he kept in touch to explain when he would arrive, turned up on time, was extremely polite and respectful of our Property when doing his work, and emailed across the EPC within a day, would highly recommend

The assessor was polite and respectful

The assessor was polite and respectful. He introduced himself pre- assessment the day before, told me what to expect, what areas of the home he need access to and how many hours the assessment will be.

Not recommended

EPC certification does not seem
Correct and although i treid to contact the accessor via phone and email- as per the company’s recommendation- queries remained unanswered. Also, incorrect information for the property on EPC. I was told that this does not affect the rating, but still it is not the correct info for my property. I have escalated to the accreditor, so hopefully i will get some answers.
