Frankly they dont even deserve one star but you have to choose one to leave a review. The item we received was entirely different from the shirt we had ordered. Brighton-boutique offered is these options and every single one left us out of pocket. According to their website they are in the process of closing down. No wonder. I do not advise anyone to buy anything from them. Their return address is located in HongKong and it costs £20 to return or get a small refund and keep an inferior item to what you ordered!:

Do not buy from them it’s a scram.

Do not buy from this company. They are absolutely dreadful to deal with. Ordered a dress back in May. Didn’t fit right so wanted to return and get a refund which is normal practice! Weeks later having sent back to a uk address rather than china they simply will not issue a refund. They keep offering a 25% discount or choose something else. They are a disgrace

This company is a complete disgrace and is misrepresenting it's products on its website. I doubt they have anything to do with a Brighton UK based company that they say is closing down. DO NOT ORDER anything from them ! I ordered 5 items. None of them are as described. They are very cheap, poorly manufactured products. To return them you have to ship to China at your own expense. Stay well clear of Brighton Boutique.

Why why did I not read these reviews. Do not purchase from them, the denim stank of mould and the so called linen dress was a nasty polyester and it took over 3 weeks to receive them. £16.00 required to return sub standard items which were not as listed not the size they are supposed to be and they offer a poor 15% refund for you to keep these substandard items and say 'sell them on' like they are doing you a big favour. From this statement I can only assume they are not a proper retailer. The website is misleading about returns and the only reason I ordered from them but you have to head down to the very bottom of the page and hit the returns policy in very small writing where they say ensure what you order is correct as returns are to Asia, but when its a misleading description and not the quality or size of items ordered this is very poor retail, keep away and don't be tempted. Like so many companies of this ilk they don't hold stock and use the cheap Asian wholesale companies to market their site from. My retail standards and morals are higher than theirs and I have no faith I will get a refund upon returning them.

I have already written a very negative review but just to remind other buyers that have been caused suffering by Brighton Boutique, to , if possible apply for a charge back on the card that they used to purchase these sub standard items. The only way to remind these people of their bad practices is to hit them back and try to reclaim your money. I have just been awarded back my spending so although very upset by the whole interaction with B B I at least am not out of pocket

I wish i had read the reviews before spending £50 on clothes that you could spit through. What they advertise is NOT what you pay for and definitely not what they send you. Returns to Asia! No refund policy at all! Some guy called Luca will respond to your email whoever, but only to piss you off even more! Please please 🙏 for your own sanity, avoid this website, they are nothing but cheap and nasty peice's of materials, a so called online business--with no conscience and people with no souls!!! Hope you enjoyed my £50 quid, and i really do hope this never happens to you, an utter disgrace!

Terrible supplier quality poor, sizing all over the place

Returns to Asia are warned don’t waste your money.

Took three weeks to arrive and parcel had one polo shirt not the two ordered. Supposed to be 3EL and according to tag in was indeed that size but on trying it on I could not get into the polo. I got my teenage grandson who is a Large and it fitted snugly so beware of sizes given on their site. I contacted them (Brighton ??) and they emailed with so many obstacles and I have now given up. Con merchants.

What you order and what you get are totally different products.
I order leather trainers and got non made in UK poor quality fabric trainers.
Would not recommend this company to anyone and regret not having read the reviews before buying with them.

Item never arrived but they claim it did and I signed for it yet of course they can’t provide proof as it never happened- only after I suspected this company is a scam I looked further into and realise they are clearly based in China and if you want to return it when it does arrive it costs a ridiculous to return- don’t risk it I wish I had read these reviews before spending out any money

Brighton boutique is absolutely rubbish - the clothes are not made in UK, Their opening note about the fresh air of the beach is a lie ! the clothes are not made from cotton or other good fabrics., and all the detailing is just computer printed onto the polyester/nylon fabric The sizing is a joke : 3xl is about the size of UK 12. one blouse came with buttons on the sleeve cuff but no button holes, one top came in a bag with one size on it but the top had another smaller size sewen into it.
The trousers were horrendous - the fabric didn't even match at the seams and there were splodges of colour down the legs. I could sew better at 10 years old, but these clothes would have been rejected and laughed at by my teachers!
I asked about a refund , but they said they would send me replacement items if I paid an extra $20. Then when I said I just wanted a refund, they said had to send the clothes to China, and only when they arrived at the destination would they refund any monies, despite having a return address in UK.
This site should be removed.

Cheap and nasty items...they take images from other sellers websites and make you think that's what you're buying then send you absolute rubbish.
Avoid this seller!

I would take a look at Bristol bond on trustpilot, this looks like a very similar set up
