Brighton Boutique Omdömen 

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are dishonnest and disingenuous. I bought two Christmas presents from them. They were delivered LATE, after Xmas & did not correspond to items shown. I sent these back to China at my own cost (£30) & NOW they are at customs in China and refusing to reimburse me after having agreed it before. I have never seen anything like this.

Item delivered was totally unsuitable. The supposedly winter dress is made of material so thin it is not wearable.
Misleading advertisement. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Hard lesson as I will never buy again from this site or any other similar!
My £40 pounds is wasted as I am unwilling to send back to China. I consider this a scam. Please beware!

Totally agree did not look anything like picture shown. Cheap garment. I am finding it extremely difficult to send it back. They took my money, I did not get order number or confirmation email. Please do not get suckered into purchasing from them.

They sent me the wrong size shoes. I sent them a photo of the shoes with the size on show and forwarded my order email with the size ordered but all they kept saying was that according to their records the item sent was correct. They refused to respond to what I was saying and I felt the response was automated. I have not received an exchange or refund. Appalling.

I don’t even want to give 1 star to this company Brighton Boutique, but the system doesn’t allow me to continue. Their customers service is non existent. The shoes are cheaply made from China. They refuse to let me change the shoes I bought which don’t fit. BUY from this company!!!

I wish they had a no star option.
Do not order from this company. I do not believe UK based though presents to be.
Item received did not represent what l ordered- rather a disappointing cheap substitute. ‘ Return to China’- will not be worth expense of postage. Customer service is also not fit for purpose. Please do not use this company. All reviews are indicating same experience.

The item was delivered well past the usual delivery time - the first intimation that it was not a British boutique, in Brighton - the image on the website shows a typical British shop front, with a typical-looking British couple - and it is not closing down. The battle to get information about returning the item - I'd had to buy another gift in the interim - was long-winded, stringing out the fact that returns had to be sent to China, with a 30-day proviso, which is taken from date of purchase would expire before the item landed in China.
Duplicitous behaviour - they should be shut down.

My order did not even remotely resemble the image on their website and was a cheap, inferior piece or rubbish. They are refusing to cover the cost of return to China. I am now submitting a chargeback request via my card issuer.

I understand that if a company receives a number of these - their merchant banking facilities are reviewed by its provider.

Thank you everyone you all get five stars, I’m sorry you all got scammed. I was just about to buy two jumpers from this company.

This site should be closed down as the quality anf sizing of the item received was completely different to the image on their website. Beware!!!

Oh my goodness - I WILL NOT be buying anything from this site again.I ordered a new Christmas jumper costing nearly £40. What arrived was a printed version of the item worth no more than £10.
I complained and was given the option to exchange for a different item - but I would have to pay for the postage or return the item to China with track and trace. The cost of which would cost me up to £25!
Bearing in mind none of this was my fault - I was being required to add insult to injury by spending more of my money to return the item. I am of the opinion this is a scam, one I am ashamed I fell for.
I am cutting my losses BUT I WARN OTHERS NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SITE.
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and I strongly recommend others that have left a review to do the same.

Just received my 'wool' coat not at all as advertised. Have emailed for return address. It's awful

Go nowhere near these. Sent me the wrong item and then expected me to pay £80 to send it back to China for an item that cost £65. Ridiculous. They would not budge. In the end they refunded £15. End result, £50 down for an awful product that looks and feels terrible and nothing like the image on their website. Avoid at all costs.

Do NOT use this company. They sell fake named items! Hubby bought a HH waterproof set and when they arrived there was no labels whatsoever. He contacted them and they said he needs to return it, €84 it was going to cost and he had to pay the postage!! Bearing in mind it WAS NOT the right item they’d advertised!!!! They ended up giving him a £15 refund (he spent £65 on the outfit) and told him to keep it. They are a joke!

I wish I could leave a big fat ZERO to BrightonBoutique. The item ordered was awful, nothing like on the photo or described. Although my return appears as closed, they keep coming up with excuses, i.e. still at customs, proof of sending 'blurry' (it wasn't), the latest is 'it appears the return was marked 'Return to Sender'. They are an absolute joke, DO NOT GET NEAR THEM!

The product that arrives is not the same as the product advertised on their website. The item is very poor quality and does not resemble the order you thought you would be purchasing. Returning the item is at the buyers cost and the return address is China.
Do not waste your time or money on this site.

Do not buy from this company. False images of what can only be described as cheap and nasty knock offs. Getting a refund is impossible! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

To add to my earlier review of this scam company -also beware of Jackson-London and Rosie-London.
I came across these latest two on Pinterest. They offer the same “closing down sale” and same well photographed clothes as Brighton boutique. They amazingly show good trust pilot reviews which are obviously fake. They need to be stopped from advertising. Please be diligent and avoid these companies.

You assume with a name like Brighton Boutique the quality will be good because foolishly I assumed it was in England but NO yet again I had been robbed ,£50 for a coat so cheap and shabby it was disgusting I emailed this company they said the usual take photos ,copys of receipts, the usual dance so you don't send the item back in the end I put it in the bin even the charity shop would have even appaled ,don't buy from this shop.
