Received my uniform within a few days…
Received my uniform within a few days and is amazing quality but I left it until after the festive period to open my parcel and wasn’t sure if I’d order labels or not, spoke to customer service and explained it had been a few weeks since I’d actually received the order but due to moving and dust I left them in the packages without even thinking to check but didn’t have the label, I spoke to Elle and she had it sorted in minutes, resent and just wasn’t generally so polite and understanding, really good customer service the company have

First time purchasing uniform frequently and it is always a pleasant experience. The team are really friendly and always go the extra mile (thank you to Kelly specifically for helping me). They also throw in a seasonal discount which is fab!!

Elle from the customer service team was fantastic. I had an issue with my order in which the wrong size jumpers were sent to me. I contacted Brigade and had a response from Elle almost immediately. I had to place a new order due to the problem & Elle ensured that I would receive it before the school term ends.
She kept me updated on the progress of my order and assisted me with returning the incorrect items. She was very friendly, helpful & reassuring, so thank you again!

I had forgotten to order school jumpers for my son and he was squeezing into his current one. I emailed the company and the service I got was amazing! Smaller rucksack
Items are changing in order to save money.
Bought a school bag for my son theoretically identical with the previous one and they changed the size they made is smaller because the chrome book case doesn't fit like in the previous one.it needs to be squeezed and pushed and it barely fits.
Also instead of 2zip sliders there is now only one.

We haven’t been able to locate any order under the name used on this review, and we also haven’t received any direct contact from you about this. We always encourage customers to reach out to us first so we can resolve any concerns quickly, but unfortunately haven’t been given the opportunity to do so in this instance.
To look into this properly, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the bag you received. You can do this easily through our website chatbot by selecting “Contact Support” and uploading the details there. Without this information, we’re unable to investigate further.

I had an issue with Delivery of an item by the courier
I had an issue with Delivery of an item. The courier left it in an unsafe place, which resulted in it going missing. I contacted Brigade who from the start were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure that everything was put right. They kept in touch with me via email and I was sent a replacement item very quickly which was delivered safely. I dealt with a lady called Kelly, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. She kept me up-to-date with what was happening and assured me the delivery person in question was made aware of this unsafe delivery. Such a refreshing experience and to realize that brigade certainly do value their customers.

Awful website and insane lead times - needs to be challenged by a modern retailer
Awful website and insane lead times for the price and quality. Expect to order what you need for your children and other sizes before September, if they dare to grow during the year - very bad website, like it was stuck in the 90s - I bet their payment is not even PCI compliant and can be reported.

We can see that you last placed an order with us on 13/10, which was delivered to the school on 03/11 — well within our stated lead times. However, we have no record of any communication from you regarding lead times, quality, or anything else, so we were unable to address any concerns directly.
Most of our products are bespoke and made to order rather than stocked off the shelf, which allows us to offer a wide range of sizes and styles. Certain items do require ordering, but we consistently receive very positive feedback regarding the quality of our products. If you do ever have a concern, please contact our customer service team who are always happy to assist.
We also want to reassure you that we are fully compliant and validated with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which can be checked independently for peace of mind.

Loads of issues with the couriers
Loads of issues with the couriers, quite frankly they are useless, however as soon as I managed to speak to Kelly from Brigade she was a star and did everything she could to get my items to me so thank you Kelly I wouldn't have got anything sorted if it wasn't for you :)
