Slower than advertised delivery, no customer service.
Ordered on 2-day delivery. A week later (5 working days), I sent an email out and received no response. My order eventually arrived 12 calendar days after I placed it. I have since received 4 emails asking me to review my order across the last week. Would not recommend buying from Botthms based on my experience.
Shame I can’t give no stars
Shame I can’t give no stars! This company used to be really good and efficient, don’t know what’s happened these days though. 2 weeks after purchase item still wasn’t dispatched. Emailed them twice and no replies at all. Decided on a charge back with my card issuer and got my money back. They then sent me an email saying it had been dispatched but the item never arrived. I would avoid sadly.

I got the wrong ring and exchanged it and received the wrong ring again. I contacted them three times to alert them they were sending me the wrong ring and heard nothing. Terrible customer service and unresponsive. By now exchanging it again will cost me half the price of the ring. Not worth it.

Poor customer service
Put an order in on 19th March. This order was supposedly on a 2 day tracked but was delivered on the 18th April. I contacted through various means with zero response. I went through my bank for a refund and magically this is when my order turned up.
Really disappointing. Have ordered from here before and think the concept is amazing. Just a bit gutted with the lack of comms. Even if they’d have emailed back with ‘sorry - we are out of stock’ I’d have been happy. I tried email, phone and Instagram and actually have still had no response.
I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Similar to other reviews left recently, I have not had a great experience.
I originally ordered the ring on the 4th April with an advertised 2-3 day delivery.
I chased on April 13th by email, no response. Chased again on the 15th April by email, no response.
Sent a message on Facebook 15th April, no response.
My order was finally shipped 17th April.
Still no response or apology.
I have ordered from Botthms a couple of times previously, but I will be going elsewhere from now on.
