Sent to Bose Repair Experts, fixed and returned in a week with the addition of a plastic cover to protect against further water damage.

My amp on my 2008 Audi S5 stopped working. But these managed to get it fixed. And it only took 1 week for it to be fixed. I finally have sound again.

Fantastic service on an Audi TT Bose Amplifier that was 16 years old and starting to crackle and lose sound from multiple speakers.

From start to finish the experience was really easy and within a week I had my amplifier back and it’s working great.

Sent off my water damaged amp from my a5 b8 with B&O after being quoted £1200 elsewhere for an amp replacement, £250 later the speakers are working perfectly fine, the service itself was extremely quick.. They recieved it on the 6th, repaired on the 7th, dispatched for delivery on the 8th and at my house by the 9th, a lot quicker than I expected.. Also answered any questions I had within a reasonable time.. 10/10 would recommend..

Between Bose and myself we had an issue with the courier. The team at Bose could not have been better about the situation, despite probably putting them out of money on the repair itself, they made absolutely sure I got a repaired unit back and now I can hear my stereo again! Absolutely spot on !!

Repair do done on the same day, the overall process took only 4 days and been kept up to date with progress of everything, obviously amplifier came back fully fixed

Mazda Amp - Really fast turnaround, ( 5 days including a weekend! ) Amp repaired as promised, good as new. Communications excellent, payment process very easy, also courier was great. Suspect it’s just me but I found the order process/ labelling sequence could have been clearer to follow, but got there in the end.

Where do I start as i'm not one to usually spend time on reviews! I had no MMI function all of a sudden which had happened before but came back working without any fix. One day it just stopped working and a mate has a car audio and performance company so helped me work out it was the amp and kindly sent it to the company they generally use for this type of repair. They had it weeks and weeks before working on it and turned out it had no power apparently and could not fix it as they could not source the parts. I was stuck! Found Bose Repair Experts and contacted them to ask if they would look at it as of course someone else already did, and they just said send it in we'll have a look at it. Got it back and rechecked it in my car before sending off and yeah now fully dead. Sent to Bose Repair Experts the Friday, got a message they received it and would get to it as soon as possible on Wednesday, and hour later got another message that they repaired it! Paid them and it was back Thursday and in the car working better than before! Can't fault this experience and service, second to none, and so much cheaper than a main dealer for a new B&O amp with a drip cover included! Thanks so much as where words fail music speaks!

Amamzing service, unbelievably fast turn around. My Mazda 6 bose audio system just stopped making any noise. The head unit still seemed to be fine, so I decided it must be the amp. Had Bose repair experts recommended by a local car audio place. Sent it off on Tuesday all fixed and returned by Saturday. Amamzing!

Terrible Porsche Cayenne design means if your pan sunroof drains are clogged (4 drains in sunroof and 4 under the car), water leaks internally via the front and rear pillars into the footwells and also into the boot. The rear right pilar directs the water directly over the amplifier which is behind the trim in the boot resulting in the speakers not working, humming and cracking when the radio is on or off. Found out how to remove the amp on Youtube and sent it off to Bose Repair Experts who returned it fixed and fully working again. Panic over thanks to this company, don't look anywhere else!

Fantastic service, did exactly what they said they were going to and managed a quicker than normal turnaround so I had my amp up and running in time for a holiday. Highly recommended.

So glad I found this company. Have had problems with water leaks in my Audi and the latest thing to stop working was the Amp. My exact model wasn't listed on the website but I emailed and they replied quickly that they could do it so I sent it off and it only a few days later I got the email to say all working again. Would have been difficult to replace as coded to car so really happy all refitted and working perfectly. Actually comes back better than before as comes with a cover so shouldn't happen again!

Sent off a water damaged Cayenne amp, that was producing no volume, for repair if possible (return postage charge only if repair is not possible). 8 days later it’s back in the car and all working as it should. Superb service at a good price. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Everything about Bose Repair Experts has been excellent. Great communications and clear instructions and super-quick. Posted my amplifier unit on Friday and received an email at Monday lunchtime to say it had been fixed. I paid on Tuesday and received the unit on Wednesday. I'm so happy to have my music back!

(My local Mazda dealer had said it may cost up to £1,000 for a new unit and it'd take a few weeks to order. So, Bose Repair Experts, you've saved me a fortune! Thank you!)

Incidentally, if you return a unit, ensure it goes fully insured and well packed, as Bose Car amps are expensive.
