The room was booked giving false…

The room was booked giving false information about check-in time. I was told I could check in at 11am. I could not and was told 4pm from the property. I verified this with Palek and I was told not the actual truth. It's bull crap. I'll never recommend such wretched customer service ever again

Edward the Great

Ed was great! He took care of everything I needed fast, clear and friendly. He also laughed at my jokes, which most people don’t do. Also he wants a raise or he said he’s kwitting.
