Undisclosed Price Escalation

Undisclosed Price Escalation (hidden +$1000 markup/tax recovery fees added without clear upfront disclosure) Deceptive Web Design & Impersonation (site mirrored hotels interface but listed charges much higher making it seem the charges were the real charges by the hotel). Booking practice is deceptive and cancellation requires huge fee.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. If I could leave them negative stars, I would. I have been waiting a month for my refund that they promised me. Everyone on the phone is a bot. They are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I will continue to leave negative reviews on every site until I get my money back. Do not fall for these scammers.

Computers anger me before reaching a human

By the time I reach a human I am in a bad mood after dealing with a computer and it is hard remember the human is in no way responsible for the stupidity of the computer software.
Now I'm required to include my email address for an ANONYMOUS feedback.
