My new reservation

Angel was very professional, very polite, and very knowledgeable. The booking on my reservations went very well.

Difficult website to navigate to confirm

This was a difficult website to navigate to be sure that reservation request had been accepted. When I tried to phone to confirm my reservation, it seemed to connect with a central phone number that disconnected prematurely. Eventually, I was able to connect with the hotel directly and all was well.

Terrible

I experienced a level of frustration on my phone calls I haven’t had in a while! No straight answers. All I was getting was I understand when I was asking what is the hotel cancellation policy! I’m so tired of double speak and not getting straight answers from companies. I originally called and received a quote for a nights stay that was higher than normal so I hung up called again and the room was magically $40 less? No trust in the process. Hilton do better. From wait times to agents that can’t explain anything better than what is on their cheat sheet. No trust!
