Online I booked a king room with ocean…

Online I booked a king room with ocean front view and paid extra for that. Upon arrival to the hotel, what was reserved for us was 2 queens with sunset view (parking lot). This is an anniversary trip…so disappointing this 3rd party company dropped the ball.

Gave me a voucher, immediately after I booked, I realized I had the wrong date. I did rebook, but would no longer let me have a refundable room, and the price doubled.

The company makes it super easy to book hotels, gives a clear and concise description on what you can do in the town you’re staying, and will find great deals for you and your family! 10/10 I would recommend you check them out!
