Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our team did attend the scheduled appointment at the agreed time. Our staff rang the doorbell and waited, however there was no response from inside the property.
We also attempted to contact you by phone but unfortunately were unable to reach you. As no one answered the door or the calls, our team had to leave after waiting the allocated time.

Excellent service from booking to completion. Hakan got on with the assessment with minimal disruption. He accommodated my request to reschedule the initial appointment. He was very respectful during the assessment. Would definitely recommend and use the service again.
