Fantastic service
From my initial inquiry, I received a call to arrange my EPC. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule, but Hakan couldn't have been more helpful in sorting an alternative date/time.
He arrived on time, was polite, professional & efficient, and my EPC was available on the government website after 9pm the same day!
A really positive experience, and I'd happily recommend BookEPC.

This EPC review was conducted quickly…
This EPC review was conducted quickly and efficiently and provided the information needed for me to update my current certificate. The modern way of delivering certification is different to the traditional one but provides a similar and accurate outcome.
The traditional EPC method lasted longer and provided better interaction with the customer offering more solid practical advice on improvements regarding the important topic of energy conservation.

How long the survey takes depends on various things, in this case the reason the survey might have been completed sooner than you had expected may be due to the property size.
All questions asked about the EPC report are always answered accurately, we can assure this as all our assessors go through monthly training to up their knowledge about all areas of a property.
We often have customers who dont know how to access their EPC Certificates, for our customers to not worry about how to find or receive their EPC Certificates. Upon completion of each survey we give every customer of ours a card with a barcode, a barcode you can scan that takes you directly to your certificate.
In addition to this we work extremely hard to keep our company reputation above industry standards and offer a fast and efficient service that the vast majority of customers are very happy with shown in our reviews.
