Within 24 hours, my EPC was completed, with payment and the certificate sent over to me. Really good service, prompt, proactive and with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Needed EPC due to selling property, filled out form through third party and was contacted the very next morning via email and date sorted. Whole process was quick and easy with easy communication via email. Pricing was fair and cannot recommend using instant EPC enough.
