I had bit delayed but Hakan always answered or returned my call. He was polite and younger than I thought. Professional in his approach. Explained how ratings works and will give some tips how to improve rating. My rating will be confirmed after 9pm but I don't want my feedback is influenced by rating which I guess will be poorer than average of my area. Overall, I am happy with Hakan. Price is less than what others were asking for.

Hakan was like previous reviews, on time, polite and very thorough. He removed his shoes as standard, but didn’t need to. All in all first class and would recommend BookEPC

It was easy to arrange for the EPC, Hakan showed up as agreed and it was easy to pay. On too of this the EPC was uploaded almost immediately so all in all very good service and easy to do business with.

Polite, efficient EPC survey conducted. Only dropped a star as original appointment had to be rescheduled by surveyor, otherwise cannot fault. EPC online within hours!

This company do not answer their phones - open 8am-11pm. Send a generic reply saying they'll call you in a few minutes but don't. Exceptionally poor customer service and not sure I trust them.

Great communication from the team, despite Liam having an urgent issue to deal with. My information was quickly passed onto his colleague so as to uphold the appointment time. Inspection was thorough & informative. Epc certificate was available next day.
