We needed a retractable bollard to protect our new campervan. Richard was easily contactable and gave excellent advice. Despite living 300 miles from where the company is based, the bollard was installed within a week, incredible! A special word for Steve who did the installation. He did perfect job in the dark and rain, and despite having to work solo that day. I highly recommend this company.

Great communication, team was really efficient , and great workmanship, everything left clean and in good order, would definitely recommend them.

We've just had the D4 telescopic bollard installed , we have a shared driveway so our biggest concerns were the underground utilities, but all went well with no issues, the install guys got the bollard installed within an hour.
They worked fast, efficient and once the the install was completed and they'd cleaned up they showed us how to use the bollard and gave us advice on maintenance.
We should have had this installed years ago.
All in all a great company, from ordering to discussing bollard options with Richard to the install guys, a smooth process, at a great price, we would absolutely recommend these guys.

Richard at Bollards Security was nothing but exceptional, Id had zero knowledge on bollard for my commercial premises but I needed good top of the range quality and Bollard Security went above and beyond with what they supplied me as they was insurance approved and anti ram bollards at a price that was unbeatable (I was rude enough to try beat the price and failed).
Once agreed on the type of bollard they was fitted the next day!

Ryan the fitter was very experienced and ran us through each detail and kept calling me over to make sure I was happy with the placement which was measured to the mm. Once fitted he cleaned up and left the place clean as if he was never there apart from the bollards in place.

Richard was kind enough to throw in few extra keys free of charge which is well appreciated. I will definitely been using them again and recommending to all.

Second time using these guys and countless recommendations.

From initial contact with Richard to installation I cannot fault Bollard Security LTD. 2 lift assisted SQ 20 bollards fitted today before noon. The fitter,Caleb, turned up on time & worked hard all morning finishing the job about noon. Really professional guy who tidied up as he went along. Absolute 5 stars and would give more if it would let me. We had an automatic bollard fitted on a private driveway which is the absolute bees knees. The lads that fitted it were courteous and helpful and tidied up after themselves 100 %. An absolute star of a firm from start to finish. Would definitely recommend .

Fantastic product, great service and communication through the purchase process and an exceptional install. Absolutely brilliant and can’t fault them. The bollard we chose was a remote controlled one with red lights around the top. Brilliant and battery powered, so no need for cabling. The battery lasts 2 months with multiple uses daily. Really easy to remove and charge - couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the subsequent experience

Following our car being stolen in the driveway, we decided to gear up and install bollards.
They have been very reactive for the quote and very professional during the installation.
My only advice is, don't wait for your car to be stolen to get some bollards, and don't think it won't happen to you because you don't have a high-value car.
