Great experience with Richard and his team. Honest advice. Delighted with colour, quality and design of the bollards. Workmanship excellent. Arranged and completed very quickly. Would happily recommend to family and friends.

I have a passion for cars and look after them. I had several layers of security placed on my car and some unknowns attempted to steal it from my drive. They gave it a good go but failed. Shortly after I sold the car and shortly will take delivery of one that I know will get lots of attention from undesirables ( you get my drift).
I decided to further increase my car security and decided to purchase a bollard. I carried out due diligence, did A LOT of research and decided to give Bollard Security a ring. I spoke to Richard and as you read the reviews you know you are dealing with both a " top end" company and an absolute wonderful human being. Honest as the day is long, business ethics to die for and customer focused beyond believe. His advice was based around my stated needs and I did the deal there and then. We mutually agreed an installation date and the installers ( Josh and Ste) turned up this morning. They had the courtesy to text me to say they were running slightly late and arrived at 0930. Very engaging guys who listened as to what I wanted, did their preparation and got started. Around about an hour or so later I went out to inspect quality workmanship ( honestly) and a totally QUALITY product. The bollard passed all my expectations regarding build quality and looks. The guys took time to explain how to operate the lock and post mechanisms, how to maintain it ( one minute every two weeks) and departed for their next assignment. A PERFECT INSTALL.
I would not hesitate to recommend Richard's company ( BOLLARD SECURITY) to Family and friends and anyone else who wants a fantastic customer experience and product. Superb. If you read this review prior to purchasing a bollard I may have saved you a shed load of research!!

There was a bit of a hiccup with the installation date to begin with but this was swiftly dealt with and the office stayed in close contact with me. The installation team was very friendly and efficient and quality of finish excellent. They washed down my drive on completion.

I dealt with Richard initially on my call. He gave first class professional advice after listening to my situation and understanding it. Ryan was the engineer who came on the day to fit them. He was consultative and professional, helping me mark out exactly where they were to be fitted. Thoroughly professional throughout, I couldn’t recommend more strongly.

I would highly recommend the team and services of Bollard Security. Richard was extremely proactive in organising a time and date for getting 3 bollards into a number of parking spaces that were continually and persistently being used without permission. Steve and Josh did a fantastic job in getting them installed despite the offending car blockading the space on a few attempts. Reliable, efficient and polite.

I needed to fit an automatic bollard to stop cars parking in my off street parking bay. I initially went with another company but after a frustrating and lengthy delay they finally conceded they could not provide the automatic bollard I wanted. Richard at Bollard Security was super efficient and his team did a great job with the installation. The bollard looks great and works really well. I could not recommend them more.

I’m extremely happy with the bollard installation carried out at my property. Kenny did an excellent job, he was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain how to operate the bollard. The work was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Richard, who arranged the booking, was also great to deal with. He was friendly, efficient, and even followed up after the job was completed to make sure I was happy with the work, which I really appreciated.

What a super company to deal with. There were slight delays in fitting due to bad weather but the team came out at 18:15 to install to ensure it was fitted asap. Josh and another lovely chap fitted the bollard and were really lovely guys. They worked in really cold and dark conditions without complaint and did a really professional job. I would definitely recommend using them.

Richard and the team were great at communicating from the start, assessed the installation area for driveway bollard via photos and then it was installed within three days. Nice, neat and tidy job. Cheers

Wanting to upgrade our security, I did a lot of market research and spoke to many suppliers & installers of rise & fall security bollards, but this company was the only one who provided all the information, both good & bad.
I found Richard (Owner) to be very honest, helpful and show a willingness to provide excellent customer service.
The bollard was installed without fuss, mess or complaint and both the handover and the product is 1st Class.

Richard was amazing from the start. He’s an expert in his field and helped with advice and ideas from the start. He didn’t once push for a sale, just offered good advice on what product might suit us. He organised everything once the order was placed and handed over the installation to Steve. Steve did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Great quality installation and a really nice guy. Could not recommend this company and service highly enough. Can’t wait to deal with them in the future.

Bollard security tick every box: an a-mazing company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have had 4 Range Rivers stolen from the driveway and so I had 4 electrically operated rising bollards installed to deter thieves and also to stop people using the driveway as a turning area and damaging coping stones in the process.

There is nothing that Richard (who owns the company) doesn’t know about bollards! His advice was invaluable and he always followed up. He told me he has a fantastic team of installers (I didnt believe him as I am told this all the time by traders) and, for once, he was spot on. The 2 guys who installed the bollards worked throughout persistent rain and did a fantastic, neat and tidy job. The electrician (Lewis) got everything up and running perfectly. And they were all such a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, the site was cleared of all debris. Never inconvenient if I had to use the car from the driveway and the connection box installed in the garden beds discretely.

The overall experience has brilliant.

Went with the SQ20 again which is a fantastic unit, I have been using the first set for almost year now, without any problems whatsoever.

Richard and his team offer for a great service and the guys work super hard to get them installed.

Had a green bollard fitted last Friday Caleb was the guy who installed it. The weather was atrocious but he still battled on. He did a brilliant job getting the finishing pointing right. Richard the company owner was there to answer any questions which I had a phew also Michelle in the office was very helpful. All in all I am very pleased with the Bollard and would recommend them to anyone who is looking at getting one fitted.

Great would 100% recommend, a few cars had been stolen locally and I decided to get a bollard fitted I’m so glad I came across bollard security, I spoke to Richard and we decided what bollard to have installed, I purchased and in a few days it was fitted no issues what so ever really great service.

Excellent from start to finish. After my car was targeted for a 2nd time, I decided bollards were needed.

After requesting an initial quote Richard responded within 30 mins and helped advise me of what would meet my requirements, and was transparent and honest (suggesting I needed 3, not 4 bollards like I initially thought).

Within less than 5 days my bollards were installed; Steve was a credit to the business - polite, courteous and meticulous. The bollards look fantastic and were installed to blend in with the border of my driveway.
