Excelente costumer service

Jai dû contacter le service de body FX car je n'arrivais pas à caster et j'ai reçu une réponse immédiate de la part de Gina qui m'a rassuré que le site changeait et tout serait rétablie bientôt. Chose faite de le lendemain.
J'ai était remboursé aussi une fois car je n'avais pas été satisfait du programme acheté.
Je suis super contente du service et de la communication reçu.

I asked for a subscription cancelation…

I asked for a subscription cancelation before my trials ends and I didn't get any respond. And most probably they charged my credit card for a new month that actually I don't want and I'm not getting any use of it.
Not satisfied that they have no cancelation button on their website and you have to reach to the customer service to cancel and they actually don't respond.

Good range of exercise but not sure on the customer service

I am enjoying the exercises and the wide selection of programs on the monthly subscription. I'm an existing customer who purchased the Figure 8 programs from years ago. There was an issue with the sign up and the wrong amount was deducted which was quickly resolved after my email. However, since that email, I had sent another 2 emails for updates regarding future payments and the promotional gifts and a query ticket was raised on the app, as yet none of those 3 emails have been answered. I feel as though customer service is now ignoring me after I have signed up. Very strange indeed considering they were so helpful before. That has certainly dampened my experience with BodyFX.

Additional info as at 16/05/2024:
**All my emails were attached to the same email trail. The only communication that wasn't, was the query ticket which was raised on the app. Customer Service is currently, as at today, answering my queries.

I would strongly recommend this platform to anyone.

Customer service is reliable (by email, not phone)! Workouts are great, interesting and not boring! There's always new workouts everyday being added and they send you daily email with some good motivation and menu idea :)
The only thing I am unhappy with is that their website is under construction and the casting fonction from their app isn't working nowadays (under construction as well).

I have not been able to use bodyfx

I have not been able to use bodyfx. Right after my purchase, they did an upgrade, which is still going on, 7 days now. I was told I could do some kind of technology to make it work through my phone to my TV. I've asked for directions but nothing has come. I was given an extension from a 7 day free trial to 30 days. This does nothing for me if I can't even get on it to use.

A great program, and a faulty new app

I have used this program for four years now and recommended it to various friends.
A few days ago BodyFX changed their app, and from one day to the other, the program has been faulty, parts are not accessible and the cast to TV function doesn’t work.
Of course, many people contact support.
Some also vent their frustration (in a very polite way) in the FB group - after all, what use is an online training program you cannot use?
The FB admins‘ strategy and response to this: Deleting comments. No answers, no communication, just deletion.
I fully understand that there might be problems when a new app is launched.

But I cannot accept
1. that a company launches an app that hasn’t been tried fully yet;
2. that there is no public communication about how long it would take to solve the issue;
3. that the comments of subscribers who have paid and used the program for years are deleted.

I would, at least, expect the possibility to change back to the old app for the time it takes the new app to be finished.

We apologize for any inconvenience during our maintenance for our platforms. Our mobile app, casting from mobile app and website are fully functional along with the Apple TV. Other streaming devices are still under maintenance and will be ready soon.

As always, we have never allowed support issues within the group, there are many reasons for that, as that is not what the group is intended for, we don't want any issues missed and we don't want members responding with wrong information, etc.

1. There is a lot more to this release and updates than members realize. Unfortunately, we had no choice to continue with our old platform.

2. We have left numerous updates and continue to update our FB group when updates are available.

3. Please see above, and again remember our FB Group was not intended to be a customer support group.

Per #1 this choice was not available to us and was out of our control or that is what would have happened :).

If you need further clarification, our team is happy to discuss this further with you.

Not the greatest customer service

I suggest you check your emails again because I have no problem finding my reply back on April 6, I said

"Thank you! Is there a way to purchase a workout in case I need to cancel. I have rheumatoid arthritis. A few of the workouts are a bit difficult for me and I am going to only have a handful of ones that I can do, for me paying for a membership to watch only
a couple of videos wont make sense."

No one replied back. I understand you don't want negative reviews but to continue arguing with me is pointless. I have proof I replied back and can provide screenshots .

I figured customer service reply would be to cover their butts with some lame reply so I'm letting people know that I canceled before the billing date and this company is not being factual. For this reason I trust them even less and I am going from two stars down to one for this company.

Though I enjoyed some of the videos, I found the cost to be too expensive each month. I had contacted customer service to ask when my free trial ended and they sent me a link with my subscription information and there was a spot for me to cancel my free subscription.
When I canceled my subscription, a few days later I was charged the when I canceled my subscription, a few days later I was charged for the first month of subscription. I contacted customer service and they told me that you have to reach out to them directly, that the cancellation I did only removed me from accessing my account. So instead of refunding me for that month, I'm stuck with an entire month now of a program I don't really like and don't really want. Previously I had asked customer service if there is a way of purchasing a certain workout and no one ever got back to me so for that reason I am keeping my marks fairly low for this company just based on the customer service experience.

Jaana is a really great instructor and…

Jaana is a really great instructor and she breaks all the complex moves in to smaller bits, so they are easy to follow along. Other instructors don't do that and moves are much more difficult to understand, especially if your native language isn't English.
