I paid member ship for life some years ago but today I have received and email advising the membership is over, funny thing they offer a new life membership, for what, to revoke it in a couple of years again and make you pay again? Scam much? I would not recommend it.

I bought a Lifetime Membership but today I received an email stating

“This is your last chance.
In just a few hours, we are pulling the plug on the Body FX Lifetime Membership”
How can a Lifetime Membership be terminated when the company is successful?
If I want to retain my “Lifetime Membership” I need to buy a new “Lifetime Membership”
Is no-one calling this out for what it is? How can companies get away with this?

Body Fx works - I have been using the access for over 6 years and I love the updates that have been made over this time. The variety of fun engaging workouts is incredible, the results you get are inspiring, and the community support is just what you need to keep you motivated and on track too. Meal plans and Grocery lists are provided including Vegetarian and Vegan options which is perfect for me! 30 minutes of fun accessible workouts 5 times a week gets you to your goal in no time. You can even record your measurements and weight within the app so it is there to support your journey further. I love BODYFX

La app está muy bien, pero no me gusta lo más mínimo que entre las cientos de cosas que puedes hacer no se contemple la cancelación a la suscripción. Que tú no lo puedas gestionar directamente me parece fatal.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
DIFFICULT TO CANCEL AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL DATED 7 APRIL.

I did a trial and cancelled via their support ticket in 2022 which according to them allegedly did not work.
I sent the email below on 7 April but they have not responded despite 3 reminders:-

"In the UK you are legally obliged to remind me that the subscription contract will renew and the payment will be due unless the consumer cancels, I am glad you keep all your emails so please forward the emails you sent me advising this or refund me."

UPDATE 22 April-
THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED TO MY EMAIL FROM 7 APRIL DESPITE 3 REMINDERS BUT THEIR RELPY ON HERE TELLS ME TO CONTACT THEM AND MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY RESOLVED. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Taking money again! Then sent an aggressive email telling me to find emails with the cancellation information even after they previously stopped payment.

I always enjoy the movements. Even though I am not well presently. The chalanges keeps me going. I hope to start back soon

Just started a 'self care' program to get myself back into a healthy state..I love the variety of exercises..even tho ai cannot do any floor ones, there are enough others to hold my interest and keep me consistent.

Just decided not to purchase at this stage. Site looks great

Video are clear to understand and you can play them over to get the best out of it.

The exercise routines are good but I can't watch it on my Samsung smart tv. I've followed all of the steps but it still won't work.

I love the diversity of the programs and the daily emails. The shopping lists are useful too.

Absolutely impossible to cancel a monthly subscription. Nobody gets back to you, they just want to keep your money by making it as difficult as possible. Additionally, content which I have previously purchased has vanished. AVOID this company.

I have been trying to cancel the subscription and getting no reply (email & via unsubscribe), two debits, $148 and today another $144 from my account after cancelling and after me contacting.
I contacted BodyFX on 5th March 2024 about the $148 debit and reminded I had already cancelled and requested a refund - nothing. Have written again today about the subsequent $144 being debited despite previous requests to cancel immediately. How do I stop money being taken from my account if support do not respond and take action?

Love this app! It has so many different workouts you can choose from! I’m doing JNL fusion and my lord she’s kicking my butt!! Great app for the money!
