I used the program before and lost weight and started to tone. I foolishly stopped and have recently rejoined. Rhere are lots of new programs to select from.
It works and support Facebook group is positive and encouraging!

I asked for someone to get in touch with me regarding my account. I want to make sure I don't have 2 accounts.
Nobody contacted me...

I dislike the sound of the classes.
I like figure 8.

I couldn't get bodyFX on my TV. I cant/won't do the workouts off my cell phone. Cancellation was difficult.

The platform offers just about everything for everyone-even those who are not so good in doing the exercises but sincerely want to do better. The explicit reminders on how to ensure SAFETY gives me comfort that BodyFX is sincere in wanting to enable us in our journey to a balanced living.

the site is very well done and the exercises are powerful and smart concept very useful ,not long but powerful if hat can be spoke twice

I did not like being immediately put in a 28-day challenge. I have had no time to check out the app what resources are offered. so I have not been able to learn what it is all about

I Love Bodyfx! I’ve been using this workout app for years and it’s a lot of fun while getting good workouts that target different areas for muscle confusion. Highly recommend!

I love Jana's dance lesson..Really dynamic but adapted to beginners....You dance and make sport in the same time..Perfect to practice and when you want...
