Disappointing, unprofessional, dangerous
The review relates to a yacht charter for the period 20-27 July, in the Ionian Sea onboard boat “Mandy”, and more specifically the -lack of- responsiveness of boatbureau, their associates Pitter Yachtcharter and their base associates in Lefkada, MultiHull.
The level of unprofessionalism towards the customers who trust them with their vacations and security is of unprecedented level.

Thank you very much for this review that, even though it’s negative, we are grateful since it will help us to focus on what we have to improve. We’re very sorry that your experience has been disappointing, as our primary objective is to make our clients spend unforgettable holidays.
We reviewed your record, and can certainly confirm that your agent, Janina, was informed about and took care of all the issues that went during your charter, since she is in copy of all your communication with the provider and was constantly in contact with them in order to provide solutions and keep an eye on the development of your holidays.
We would like to extend our apologies for the inconveniences caused by the issues, though we would also like to shed some light on the matters. The toilet affair, as isolated and exceptional of a situation it is among our charters, the provider did give immediate solution as soon as they were informed.
On the other hand, our primary concern, as well as the satisfaction of our clients, is their safety, though we regret that you felt insecure during your vacations. Nevertheless, the skippers of our providers are professionals with many years of experience, and their objective is to provide the best service during your sailing trip. In this case, the skipper considered that the itinerary planned was not suitable for the weather conditions, unfortunately, as in such cases the best approach is to change the route, his course of action to be safe and continue the charter was to make an alternative itinerary.
That said, Janina is still following up on the conversation between you and the provider, and you can contact her whenever and for whatever you need, she remains at your disposal.
