Unfortunately I was not that impressed with the communication.. as it was my first trip I had to beg to get any information ..we arrived in Lavrio with zero idea how things worked.. just a small suggestion..
How about a small description of just what to expect.
1) Meet at Lavrio Port at ....(time ) - please look out for our agents clearly visible by our flags
2) you will be met one of our agents who will explain exactly what you will can expect on your trip
3) you are expected to provide for your skipper
4) Provisions for the trip can be purchased at .... - this can be done prior you arrive at the port
- this is just a small note / email that can be sent - at least the 1st time Boatbureau user will have some knowledge prior to arrival.

I've made an extremely unsuccessful…
I've made an extremely unsuccessful attempt to book a boat through BoatBureau.com.
25.08.2019 I've sent to their booking website requests for availability of 6 different boats and received 6 positive responses with suggestions to make a payment.
I've chosen one and payed for it, reseived payment confirmation and could see Charter agreement on my user's page in the BoatBureau website.
But the next day I’ve received a letter from the BoatBureau agent Manon Angely that the boat I've paid for is not available! And with the offer of more expensive and older boats instead. For which I was also offered to pay the difference.
I was literally stunned: what about their confirmation of availability, offer of payment, ready Charter agreement? I could not believe: such а disregard for the performance of their obligations under the contract in a law-abiding EU country! It's just unheard...
I even thought it was an accident and sent another request. I immediately received the same answer: that the boat is free and it can be paid. This time I have already decided to clarify by letter whether this is a real offer. It turned out, no: this boat is also unavailable.
From what I concluded: the BoatBureau website deliberately misleads customers and offers them to pay for non-existent boats. Apparently, to then put them before the need choose from proposed options: between bad and very bad.
I guess that sounds a lot like cheating.

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations and to hear you had such a frustrating interaction with our platform and services, we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.
Unfortunately, after a thorough investigation of the occurrence, we found out that the owners of the boats didn’t update the correct information on our webpage, so they were shown as available, whereas they were already booked.
Furthermore, since the boats were still available for our booking system, it automatically sent the email with a confirmation of the availability and the charter agreement to verify the booking details, as is done in our regular procedure for available boats.
However, as soon as we saw the irregularity, your personal agent Manon promptly informed you about the issue and our accountability department didn’t accept your payment in order to immediately stop the transfer of the amount deposited and so it could be returned right away into your bank account.
Manon tried very hard to offer you some alternatives, but being high season, it was not possible to find a suitable solution for your holidays in such a short time.
Please, accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. We hope you give us another opportunity in the future,
