I'm very sorry about not replying. I just found your email in our spam folder (I'm unsure why that happened) and have replied to your email!
We're sorry the jeans didn't fit, but don't worry, we have free returns in the odd case that people order jeans that are not the right fit! We're happy for you to return your jeans and refund you.
We measure every jeans, because vintage sizes differ from the size on the tag very often. So when you order a 31, you might get jeans that have 33 on the tag. If you actually measure the jeans, they should be 31. We will see if we need to make this clearer to customers to avoid confusion.

Pants i bought were already sold in…
Pants i bought were already sold in another platform, they contacted me and ask if I’d like another pair but i preferred a refund. They immediately refunded me on paypal but it’s been on hold for a week. Contacted them about it but haven’t heard anything yet…
Update 21st of April: after my one star review the money coincidentally wasn’t on hold anymore and i got it back. Happy it’s resolved, because i like the concept of the shop!
