Such a choice and nothing was too much trouble. Such a pleasant and knowledgeable experience which opened up our mind to other possibilities. We had a great experience withe Hamilton's team. Nothing too much trouble, patient and professional. Really nice people to be with and we feel they are trustworthy and about getting the right property rather than pushing us.

We initially had contact with Hamilton Homes via e mail with me asking if they would be able to speak directly if I visited the Homes in the sun exhibition in Manchester in February 2026. I received a return message together with a link for free tickets to the event. At the event we met with Narea a member of the team who provided us with lots of information, she took details from us regarding our requirements and went on to message us and arranged for us to meet the following week in Duquesa. (Our trip was already planned). We met Narea for coffee before she drove us around the area, showing us a range of properties in our price range. We called in a lovely bar on the harbour and were treated to a beautiful Tapas lunch, before Andrew arrived to finish our tour. The whole day was not only very informative but also very enjoyable thanks to Hamilton Homes staff. We have now returned to England and are able to plan the next stage of our life, which will most certainly be in Spain. 5 star treatment. Thankyou.

Navigating an unfamiliar property market on the Costa del Sol can feel a bit overwhelming, but our experience with Hamilton Homes Spain has been outstanding.

What stood out most was how much they actually listened to us. It was clear from the properties they selected that they had really processed our criteria rather than just showing us what they had on their books.

They took the lead on coordinating all our viewings, including properties listed with other agents, which made the whole process much more streamlined and saved us a huge amount of hassle.

We were shown around by a local team member with extensive knowledge of the area. They introduced us to a few locations we hadn’t even considered, which really helped us clarify what we’re looking for.

Even though the team knew our timeline for buying is a bit further out, they still invested a lot of time in us and never made us feel rushed.

We’ve come away feeling very confident that we’re in the right hands for when we are ready to move forward. A really friendly, responsive, and professional team.

The preparation before our arrival was excellent and very well organised by the Hamilton Family, Shani, Aitana & team. Once we arrived, Andrew picked us up from the bus station exactly as promised and as planned, and he spent the whole day with us viewing seven properties. He was extremely patient, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout.

He took us for a lovely coffee by the port in Duquesa, which was a really nice and thoughtful touch, and later dropped us off in Estepona centre where we wanted to be so we could explore the area. Despite having just met us, he made the entire experience relaxed, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Throughout the journey, Andrew talked us through different aspects of living in Spain, including legal matters, and he showed a genuine interest in learning about our family life and getting to know us better.
