Hamilton Homes Spain Omdömen

Recently bought a property using Hamilton homes. Andrew and his team were fantastic. Very professional, excellent communication and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Hi Andrew and team

Thank you all very much for a very smooth efficient and professional sale. Your help and advice was invaluable and we sold in record time for full asking. Thanks again - Feliz Navidad to you and yours,

I couldn't recommend Andrew and Shani highly enough
The time, trouble and expertise that they took sourcing and showing properties to me was above and beyond.
Linking in with Hamilton Homes is an absolute must.

He tenido muy buena experiencia. Son excelentes profesionales. Recomiendo esta agencia para compra-venta de viviendas. Muy satisfecha con sus servicios.

We highly recommend Hamilton Homes. From start to finish Andrew and his team have supported and guided us through every step. Their knowledge of the market is second to none and they take the time to understand your needs and ensure every property is a viable option. Andrew is one of the nicest guys we have met and it’s hard to believe he operates in the tough world of property sales. He genuinely cares about his clients and has a clear focus on customer satisfaction. There’s no hard sell with Andrew and despite spending a few long days exploring various sites, we enjoyed every minute of the experience. Even after completing our purchase Andrew has been there to support us through the various trials of setting up a new home. Thanks Andrew and Debbie for helping us find our dream home.

We found our Spanish home with Andrew at Hamilton Homes & are so very glad that we did. Andrew & his team go above & beyond & made what could have been a stressful process very simple & easy. They are professional, honest & trustworthy, they also have a long list of contacts to help with the buying & selling process.
We would recommend Hamilton Homes without hesitation.
Thank you Andrew, Debbie & Shani for your help in making our Spanish dream a reality.

Our recent day of viewing apartments with Andrew from Hamilton Homes was fantastic. He was incredibly professional, our day was well planned and his knowledge of the areas and properties available was outstanding. He had followed our brief to the letter and we were very impressed. We also found the website very informative and loved the bike ride video.
Although we have not found the right holiday home for us on this trip we would not hesitate in recommending this 5* service.
Thanks again for all your help & advice.

We have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Hamilton Homes, in particular Andrew Bacarese-Hamilton - he did an excellent job in showing us several properties that suited our preferences and finding the ideal property for us. He was able to offer us a lot of advice on all types of queries which helped make the experience a pleasureable one.👏👏👍

When recently selling our house in Duquesa we were fortunate enough to find Andrew. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Overall he made the frightening experience of selling our Spanish property easy. He went beyond the call of duty when he assisted us in selling our car making sure all paperwork was completed in accordance with Spanish requirements. We recommend him highly.

Andrew came recommended from me from a neighbour who had used him to sell her property and I was not disappointed.
I'd like to say a big thank you to Andrew and his team for the professional, thorough, helpful, efficient and friendly service provided that made the experience a very positive one.
Andrew successfully negotiated the sale of my townhouse for the full asking price within a month of it going on sale and we have just had a smooth completion.
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and will definitely recommend him to others.

Highly recommend Hamilton Homes, not only were they the first to reply to my request, they were the only ones to follow through. Andrew was profesional in all the senses from my first meeting with him, he gave me all the information i needed and more. I was fully informed every step of the way. When Andrew was not available to reply (because he was busy) Debbie was there and would reply immediately. I sold my property within months and it was swift from start to finish.
Thank you for a 5 star service!!!

We bought a fantastic apartment over Andrew and his team! And now, after 3 years, we want to buy the next apartment at Hamilton Properties! Speaks for itself! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 5* Service! Thank you Andrew

Absolutely superb experience selling my apartment thanks to Hamilton homes...Thank you Andrew your professionalism and dedication is second to none ..over and above what is required ..can recommend 100%

Hamilton Homes have nearly 20 years of experience helping their clients find the right property on the Costa del Sol - specifically in the Manilva, Duquesa, Estepona, Casares & Sotogrande areas. Andrew, Shanalle, Debbie and the team really ensure all aspects are covered and go way beyond the duty of a typical agent. If you are looking for a property in that area of Spain, they should be your first port of call!

We bought our dream Spanish seaside property through Hamilton Homes and enjoyed 7 years of holidays in the sun. La Noria is a gated community in the heart of Sabinillas (small developed fishing village near Estepona) and was an ideal location for our young family.

During the process they offered a professional friendly service and we really felt they went above and beyond to ensure our customer experience was of the highest quality often answering questions during and after the completion.

At the time of buying we were based overseas and yet the communication, information and service provided didn’t present any obstacles.

When the time came to sell we had no hesitation to contact Andrew following our previous experience and the trust we had in him and his company. In a difficult market he obtained 3 offers, 2 above our asking price and we accepted and completed within 3 months.

We cannot recommend Hamilton Homes highly enough!
