Damaged jeans
Purchased a pair of mens Levi jeans. There was some notable damage that wasnt clearly mentioned on the website. Also not really a fan of the reverse auction model. I still feel like the prices are to steep for second hand jeans, especially when damaged. I dont want to wait for hours for the price do go down to a reasonable level.

Great website to navigate
Efficient delivery , easy to navigate website . However Lee Jeans I ordered in 30w 31 Length came and were 28 inch waist and 33 length ( I measured with measuring tape. Did not fit me. I even measured myself to make sure I was my same size. I was! Sizing system needs improvement.
On a positive note the people at Boas reached out and they do take returns which is great. And they have offered me a voucher off my next purchase. You can’t ask for more than that.

I ordered Levi's jeans and paid via Klarna. Now the jeans were no longer available. So I received an email from you for possible compensation. Unfortunately I couldn't find any new jeans. And informed you about this. Because I pay via Klarna, I asked by email whether you would like to contact Klarna regarding the payment reminder. Unfortunately we haven't heard from you anymore.
