Good customer service and quality product

Seriously incredible screen protector I bought the matte screen protector for my laptop and it’s incredible… nothing more to say really, I was a bit of a pain in the emails I had lol but the support were extremely helpful

Product itself seems okay, but customer service with Adam was very disappointing.

The Ayn Thor screen protector itself is decent, but applying it was very frustrating. The film is extremely thin, and removing the top layer caused it to lift and collect dust again. The instruction videos did not really address this specific issue.

When I reached out, the response felt dismissive and focused on blaming user error rather than helping. At this price point, I expected a more customer-friendly and solution-oriented approach.

Because of this, I would hesitate to order again. Customer service: do better!

I ordered a screen protector for my Dell Precision 5560 Touch (4K) and the product quality was awful. The protector would not adhere properly, produced bubbling, edge lifting, and left a blotchy/hazy finish that made the screen look worse rather than protected.

I contacted support with photos and asked for a refund. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they blamed the customer, insisted the product “was not defective,” and refused a refund because the item was “used” — even though you cannot test a screen protector without applying it. They then closed the ticket rather than help resolve it. They then went and deleted my account so I couldn't log in!

I wish I had paid attention to all the negative reviews these German based scammers have and avoided them at all costs!

After the delivery services had fun playing "crush the package" with the first shipment, I sent pictures of the result to ViaScreens. They sent a replacement, in more "crush-proof" packaging, and they sent it express! We applied the matte screen protector to my Apple Cinema Display (for this size, 2 people makes it much easier). The result: now my Cinema display is not only still beautiful, now it is very effectively anti-glare! Thanks, ViaScreens -- especially Adam!

The surface of the product seems nice, but given that it was specifically made for precisely the product I have (a Lenovo laptop), the fit is sub par. There is a 1mm gap most of the way around it, which is very noticeable where dust is now gathering just seconds after application.
The product doesn't live up to the price at all.

Company does a terrible job to let you know how long the shipping is or how long you have to wait to get it after purchase. Might as well buy it from amazon. Then once you get the product its terrible quality and does not fit the item. Waited 2 weeks for utter displeasure. DON’T trust vivascreens.com its a SCAM!

This was the only place I was able to get a screen protector for my specific device since it's no longer manufactured. The screen protectors arrived promptly and seemed decent quality at first but they had a major flaw. After applying the protector, trying to peel back the "screen side" caused the entire screen protector to come away from the device and at that point they were useless because dust started clinging. Wasted £26 on a flawed design.

Post sales support was top-notch!

Very poor quality and not matte as I was told it would be. It turned out to be completely useless for my new laptop and besides was very complicated to apply without dust and bubbles. Besides, two taps were missing. The customer service is very bad, they don´t answer your questions and refused to send me the money back. Also very expensive for difficult to apply, not matte, cheap plastic...

I bought a screen protector for my tablet. No instructions were included and I had to search for them online. However, despite following the instructions I found meticulously, the application was a failure as I was unable to prevent bubbles from appearing. I attempted to apply the protector twice but was unsuccessful both times. Given the relatively high cost of the protectors, I would expect the application to be easier and for instructions to be included.

I am very pleased with my paper-feel purchase. The primary intent was to have a paper-like feel for when using the laptop with a pen in tablet mode. The protector does indeed deliver a more pleasant writing experience. However, it also has the benefit of significantly reducing glare and finger prints/other stains on the screen. Some individuals do not like screen protectors for how they interfere with the image quality. I have found this to be imperceptible and believe that the reduced glare and stains on the screen more than compensate. I am overall very pleased with the quality of the product and will be seeking this company again for custom screen protectors.

I ordered a screen protector for my Honor MagicPad 2 (Order #175753). The surface felt rough and less responsive than the tablet’s original screen. After testing one of the two protectors, I requested a refund within 14 days, but ViaScreens refused citing their internal policy. Their stance appears inconsistent with UK consumer law, which allows inspection of online purchases.

Ordered a screen protector for handheld device, arrived when expected. However the screen protector was bent making it harder to fit. More importantly it didn’t cover my screen for the size advertised, there is about a 1-2mm gap around the edges when fitted centrally. Also lots of bubbles after applying. Used the tool that came in package to squeeze some out but it isn’t perfect as it should be. Personally speaking I will go elsewhere in future for my screen protectors and will probably have to now anyway to get a better fitted protector. Order 175721

Nice Screen Protectors, protector was a bit too small, but they fixed it and sent a new one.

Got the silk screen protector for my cars head unit, genuinely the best quality screen protector i've ever had, thought it was slightly pricy for just 1 but you end up getting 2 in the package so it's definitely worth it.

I recently decided to purchase some screen protectors from this company. One for a ASUS ProArt PX13 laptop, and one for a Huion Kamvas 12 Pro.

I had issues with the ProArt PX13 screen protectors. They were heavily static out of the packaging, particles got onto the adhesive side in swarms. I was devastated. Not what I experienced with the Huion Kamvas Pro 12 protectors.

Customer support was helpful, and as responsive as you'd expect from any other company--Monday to Friday. I think so long as you employ common sense (read another review, it seemed obvious to leave the protector on while waiting), respect, trust their process and follow along--things will go smoothly.

New pack. Their paper-like and matte protectors are a dream to work on as a creative.

I think they only deserve a 5/5.

Terrible experience. The screen protector was not fit for purpose, and when I complained, ViaScreens refused to provide a refund and simply closed my case. They hide behind their Terms & Conditions instead of respecting UK consumer rights. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I am now escalating this to Trading Standards. Avoid this company.
